I called on the spot to see about a custom 3D embroidery. The woman I spoke to said she could do it with a digitized file of my logo. So I gave her what she asked for and she said she’d have it embroidered onto a test fabric or mock and to give her a day or two. So I did, I never heard from her. So I reached out to find out that she hadn’t completed it yet. She said she was busy and she would contact me the following Monday.Monday came and went and I heard nothing. So I called back the following Friday. This time, I got no response. I left voice messages and nothing. So here I am leaving a poor review. They provide terrible service and don’t meet deadlines. Customers beware!

The crew at On the spot design are top notch! They created a logo for my business that was exactly what I was envisioning as well as custom designed super high quality signage and window decals for my business and outfitted my whole team with embroidered shirts and hats, and I ordered business cards from them as well! The quality and turnaround time totally exceeded my expectations and I cant speak highly enough of the care and attention to detail I was given. I will definitely be visiting them for all of my business needs in the future and they come highly recommended by me!
