The staff is friendly and I found the owners to be always easily accessible and are willing to schedule a visit at short notice.Their recommendations are also driven by need rather than greed, and we have saved a ton of money... they could hv easily taken us the expensive route. We loved working with Gary and his brother on our kitchen remodel this summer. They were very professional and patient as we went back and forth on different styles and layouts. More importantly we looked at different companies and options and found that Granite Gallery provided the best value. It is only because they helped us find ways to cut costs, without compromising on quality, that we could afford our dream kitchen at this time. Also, I had a great experience with the installers who completed their work in less than 2 weeks! Very skilled and qualified! I would definitely go back for my second kitchenHowever, there are a couple things to know: 1) know every detail about the cost of your kitchen. This will help you control cost. For instance, we saved $100s by deferring the installation of door handles. This allowed us to add other features.2) be passionate and knowledgeable about your project. The owners are passionate about what they do and seem to enjoy working with customers who are also invested in their project. Know the details of your kitchen design and inspect the work at each phase. This empowers you to spot any mistakes. For instance, there was a mistake made on the width of the opening for the dishwasher. However, I was able to spot this and the carpenter fixed it with no charge.Bottom line, if you are willing to be an active partner on your project, you wont find a better deal than granite gallery. We are so thankful to Gary for the awesome kitchen that we have.

Despite reviews I had a wonderful experience with Granite Gallery. They designed our kitchen layout, installed our cabinets and counter tops all within budget. They by far beat all prices from here to stockton but aside from pricing they were wonderful to deal with. The owners employees are incredibly clean, timely and exceptional at what they do. Their attention to detail and quality of their craftsmanship is great. Would definitely recommend. Many of the bad reviews are older, I would give them a chance our kitchen is beautiful!

My dad was treated terrible by this business. They did not complete the job, would not return calls, granite was low grade, did not polish a portion of the counter top. We had to hire someone else to finish installation correctly. We do not recommend this business to anyone. I give them minus 5 stars. >:|

My daughter used this company and did not have a good experience with them and we do not recommend them at all. They are not honest with their customers and will not deliver as promised. High price point for poor quality and even worse service. They are master salesmen that just earn your business and then your work becomes an afterthought. Think twice before using this business.

Dishonest! We called and they offered us a price then they changed their story and tried to swindle us for more money. We cannot recommend this business to anyone because they proved to be a facility of ill-character.

Customer service is horrible. He ended up shorting me on the items I purchased and then wanted to charge me again for the items I never received. I would not recommend this place.

Horrible experience doing two kitchens and 5 bathrooms. Ordered wrong cabinets, configured the kitchen incorrectly resulting in my having move electrical three times, and having to move two refrigerators among houses to get one to fit as they put the refrigerator in a spot different from where I told them. They charged 50% deposit which is illegal. They were over 4 weeks delayed, but a week at a time without actually telling me they would not show up. One day they came to do the tile work and while they told they would provide supplies except grout and hardie board, they didnt have screws, so it was a week delay. (There is a hardware store a mile away).

The owner is very terrible, customer service is really bad. Was waiting to be helped for more then an hour while other customers were helped who walked in after me. Will not recommend to any family or friends.
