First time here for service. Its a time capsule dealership even the lifts are old too. When I arrived nobody greeted me. A hello well be right with you would have been nice. Finally when I got checked in for a oil change I was told it would be about a hour. I didnt get out of there til 10 minutes til 11 my appointment was at 9. Probably wont be back.

This was my first time taking my car in. The staff there are so kind and helpful. They took the time to speak with me, take a look at my car, fix my car and explain what was wrong with my vehicle. I will definitely take it back there anytime I need a service or work on my car.

We were travelling on a Monday from Phoenix to back home in Sacramento towing our 5th wheel with our 2013 GMC Sierra Z71 Duramax . Check Engine Light came on while on Hwy 99 at Merced. Found Bonander Buick/GMC in Turlock via internet/smartphone. Pulled in to get an assessment. THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS BOOKED SOLID. ALL MECHANICS WERE BUSY WITH OTHER VEHICLES. We just wanted to know how serious the problem was--did we need to check into a Turlock RV park and then schedule the next available appointment to get our truck fixed or was it safe to drive to Sacramento? Despite their over workload, they created time for us to check out our problem. Albert, one of the service writers came out to analyze the computer messages. He went back in to the garage and brought out the head diesel mechanic who checked everything out and said that everything was OK--just a momentary sensor problem that corrected itself. Albert reset the computer, told us to keep an eye on it and sent us on our way with no charge. My wife and I were very, very impressed with the friendly, professional, customer service we received that day. I wish there was a Bonander Buick/GMC in Sacramento! We would be one of their loyal customers!

So far I have had a pretty bad service experience and I havent even gotten my car in. I called the service center to schedule an appointment. Fine, good, no problem. Then I have to call the parts center to get my car serviced. Why? I guess the people who run the service center only take car of the calendar? I dont know. Parts guy says you cant have the service done without the vin. Ok, call back next day with the vin. Service center girl hangs up on me once so I have to call back again. Different parts guy says oh no. You cant have your car serviced without a copy of your DL and vehicle registration on file. Ok, would have been nice to know that at the first phone call. Have to call the calendar people to reschedule now because what I need takes time to get says the second parts guy. Second parts guy gives me his email. So kinda fishy that I have to email that info for anyone to get. Turns out the email doesnt work. Great. Did I mention that I dont live in Turlock and that I carry a chemo patient back and forth to treatment? I really dont have the time or patience for this run around. Save yourself and go somewhere else. So far I have made no less than 5 separate phone calls to try to schedule a service appointment for my vehicle and I have been so far unsuccessful.

I bought my Sierra GMC truck from them and they have always taken care of it since I bought it. They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable about my vehicle. I find that they do alot more than just change my oil and their prices are cheaper than other places who only do the oil change. You get more your money and I trust them. WHEN ITS TIME FOR ME TO GET ANOTHER NEW TRUCK I WILL GO BACK TO THEM. You dont get the feeling of being pushed into a vehicle.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!I had my throttle cable replaced at a great deal. My car started sputtering even more than before the change. I was told to drive my car for 50 miles and the computer would reset. If this didnt happen, I was to come in to have the idle adjusted. Even confirmed with a family friend from out of state, and he said yes. Went in this morning for my appointment and was disrespected and denied adjustment to my throttle. They didnt complete their job and nor did they want to correct their mistake. They lost my business forever. Was looking forward to a long relationship with Bonander after my throttle replacement at a great price, but now Ill happily go elsewhere.

But to our surprise, we were offered a deal we couldnt refuse!!!Not only that, but from the very first call with Gilbert the sales guy, they were very nice and polite and very on top of things.This is the first time in a long time buying local. MAINTENANCE DEPT DID A GOOD JOB ON OUR RECENT SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE AND SERVICE ON OUR GMC SIERRA 4X4. THEY DID NOT OVERCHARGE OR RECOMMEND UNNECESSARY WORK. THE STAFF WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND COURTEOUS AS WELL.

Well this is a horror story,successfully bought 2 used cars here,but when I brought a 2006 Springer softball in that almost killed me,I had paid them 7000$ to fix they did an unsafe repair leaving it unrepaired the same way it was, on top of that the left off the new brakes, left all hard ware retainers off front shock bolt hanging, then put it on with out the shock installed correctly, still had old batt brake pads never change oil mind you they kept all my new parts did not get them back had test drive it for 300 miles, a left me with a 30.000.oo$ peace of junk, it sets in my garage to this day, when manager and crew got with me to discuss this SERIOUS issue the crew was caught lying, no attempt was made to make me whole again, so beware your life may be changed forever .I never worked for or had anyone on my family Cathy Jhohnson, who was deceased at the time they ruined my Harley and still is 2010-2019 leave me some feed back please

I have gone to multiple dealership and no one has taking as a serous buyer because of my age until this dealership.I am in my early 20s. I spoke with Alberto, at first I though he was not taking me serous because of the way he was looking, talking, and body language. But after I told him what vehicle I was looking for he lead the way to the gmc trucks. Like most saleman he showed me the most expensive top of the line truck first. I explain my price range and he immediately show me a truck that was in my price range and had what wanted. He walked me through the process of buying the truck and lower the price as much as he could. I still payed a lot for the truck but they treat me like a costumer not a child.
