Love this place.But this place is a bakery, so why are animals allowed inside? Someone brought a dog inside, and then the dog owner picked up the dog while in line and started petting it. So yeah, hair and dog dander definitely went airborne.Also, disappointed that the staff didn’t even ask if the dog was a service animal, which is probably wasn’t because it had no distinguishing vest or collar. Just a random person bringing in their dog cause they don’t wanna leave it outside or in the car.So disappointed with the staff for letting that happen.Thankfully my cookies didn’t have any dog hair or dander.P.S. the cookies were not warm.

Crumble Cookies is definitely a place I’d recommend checking out if you’ve got a sweet tooth. We loved the size of them...you definitely get the bang for your buck! The cookie cutter was adorable and the cookies in general look really cute and appetizing. Great for cookie favors and parties. I wasn’t a fan of them being served warm, and the centers were a bit too doughy/under baked for my liking, but all in all, they were tasty. I’ll definitely stop in for another box since the flavors change on a weekly basis. I’d also love a chance to try out the ice-cream since they were sold out when we went. The chilled frosted sugar cookie is yummy and the peanut butter chocolate chip was our absolute favorite!

The Hype??? Yes it’s true, the cookies have this great quality to them. The kids love them, we’ll my daughter fell in love. We even have the cookie cutter to share. ♥️

Crumbl cookies are really good. Their Turlock location is so cute and makes the experience even better. Their cookies are really soft and when you walk into the store you can see employees making the cookies right in front of you. My favorite cookie flavor so far is Churro!

Cookies are always warm and delicious. I just don’t like that you can’t pick flavors on door dash anymore. I feel like they did that so you have to pay there $11.99 delivery fee.

My first time there. My friend and I were next in line and thats when it got BUSY. They prepare the cookies right in front of you and display the weekly cookies. It was nice. I went big and bold as I bought the party box.

This was my first time there after hearing multiple people talk about it. The chocolate chip cookie was great. The churro cookie was good, but would be better if there was an option to not have frosting. Same with sugar cookie. I realize it makes things difficult to offer all kinds of customizations, but if you could at least offer a frosting/no frosting option Id definitely be more likely to visit more. Its nothing personal against your frosting, I just dont like any frosting. Its too sweet for me.

The menu changes every week but you can depend on a amazing chocolate chip warm cookie weekly. The cookies are huge and pricey so I recommend getting the app because they have a loyalty system. 100 points gets you $10 bucks to use at the store. Also since the cookies are so big get the cookie cutter!!!

I’ve been here a couple times and each time the cookies do not disappoint! They are so soft and yummy and almost taste like a cake cookie with the perfect amount of everything. The flavors constantly changing always make want to come back and try the new flavors. They are a little pricey but one cookie can feed feed 2-3 people and plus everyone usually wants to taste the different flavors.

Crumbl Cookies are heaven in your mouth. They make the cookies fresh and switch up the flavors on a weekly basis. I like to quarter the cookies and share among friends and family. Their chilled sugar cookie is one of my favorites but their specialty cookies are hard to pass up.

This weeks cookie selection was phenomenal. The fry bread definitely a pleasant surprise! Waiting to see oatmeal raisin on the weekly menu, I bet those will be amazing!

Got my order wrong but my daughter caught it before heading out to the car. No biggie. The cookies are freshly made and warm. I usually order delivery with the app... the cookies are super good. Sometimes a little undercooked for my liking, but still delicious. I received my recent order and it was wrong. I called and explained my order. I was asked to bring in a picture of the box. They told me to keep the cookies I received a few days later I went to the store showed my picture and order and was given the correct box of cookies. Definitely great customer service 👌 Im just curious if they would bake the cookies longer if u asked? I like a little crunch lol 😆

My choclate chip cookies were under baked, which is incredibly disappointing considering how much I paid. The middle tasted like unbaked cookie dough. I only ate the edges, however If they were baked long enough they Im sure I would of had a better experience.

8/10 in cookie for flavor and the size they give you for the price. Chocolate chip cookie was the only cookie I gave a 4/10. Customer service 6/10- lack of social distancing/ mask wearing and no one was manning the register. When asked for assistance girl was rude and bland.We helped an elderly lady order since no one was helping her with ordering on the tablet. I would order again for cookie tastes, but they really need work on sanitation and customer service.
