Staff is great. Store is typical Big Lots. Corporate doesnt show this location much love obviously. Record heat waves in 2021 and the A.C. is malfunctioning. Id recommend the staff to try other retailers!

Big Lots, I come for the $5 ear buds, thats about it. The store layout is atrocious; if the place gets busy then the lines back up into the isles, so you end up with a mix of customers and shoppers with little to no social distancing.

I actually quite like Big Lots, it has a bunch of things for quite cheap too

I like looking for items here first before going to other, larger stores. A lot of times I can find what I want at a reasonable price. However, it is getting harder to find a lot of items everywhere.

The Isle are getting hard to navigate their so close.

I like Big Lots because I can find a lot of useful item here at decent prices. They have nice furniture (usually Ashley) and things to decorate the home and outdoors. Staff are friendly and helpful!

Was shopping next door at an arts n craft store when my babys diaper started leaking. So I walked to Big Lots & was greeted right away & asked if I needed help looking 4 anything inparticular, which I appreciated. Diapers, any brand I said. Disappointed that they had absolutely nothing for baby, except a few food items.

Great variety of products. Good prices on most things. Some prices on items are just average. But the majority is less than average. Clean, well maintained displays. Seems lately like they are offering more furniture and less of other things. For example they did at one time offer a great selection of scrapbook and crafting items and clothing at great prices. Now however they do not offer either. Still though I enjoy my trips there and always find something I didnt know I needed til I seen it. Great prices on everyday items as well, like laundry soap, softeners, dryer sheets, etc. And tp, paper towels, cleaners, dog & cat food, beauty products, etc. Also offer exotic foods as well as everyday brands on things like cereal, candy, snacks, can goods, and pantry staples.

Big lots has always been a good place to go if your short on cash, this big-lots definitely has a wide selection from toys to electronics, couches and beds and holiday necessities as well. i got in and out of the store rather quick and was offered help by the employees. there is sufficient parking with wheel chair access and convenient hand baskets if your not planning to fill up a shopping cart.

I find some good deals & unique items here. They have things that you dont find in other stores including some food & snacks from other countries. Fun place to shop. Most employees are friendly, though many are not very knowledgeable. There is a manager that can help if the employee cant help you.

I applied for a job the hiring manager Brittany said I had a great interview everything went great I was the right fit for the job but didnt get it because I didnt pass the assessment which is bs i have management experience and 21 yrs of retail and was turned mayb they felt threatened i dont want to take anyones job all i want is to support my fam

Too small and crowed isles. Vendors where blocking the isles.

My grama purchase some couches from this store located in Turlock ca. The couches look nice and well made at first until a week later the material started falling off and the wood is the cheapest wood I have ever seen. She lives by Herself so no kids to damages the material or wood. The support of the couch which is wood started breaking and falling apart. So we called the store to see if we could get a refund and said yes. We rented a truck to take the coaches back once we arrive the manager there said that he didn’t approve the return. We explain to him that we had called and talk to one of their employees he said no that he had to approve it. Anyways we wasted money to take them he didn’t want to refund the money for some cheap made couches they only offer a replacement but they had to order them first. My point is that if you pay over 800 for new couches they should last longer than one week. Really bad customer service not sure how they are still open or how they have loyal customers I will not be return to buy anything from big lots ever again.

I went in for sofa covers. The easy use, toss over couch ones that sell for 70 in big box stores, got it for 25$

I love it, cheap prices, nice staff, organized and clean aisles. Not much else can be said. If you like bargains then go here.

Love big lots. This store is clean. Items vary from store to store but thier couches are awesome. Great for kids. The microfiber is easy to clean.

Purchased a beautiful cloth shower curtain to go over the liner as well as 2 matching plush bath rugs,, 1 for around the comoad for a total of $40.00. Cant beat that price anywhere. I love to shop at Big Lots mostly for my household items.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, including the manager who checks on you to see if everything is okay and if you found what you need. This is why I am writing a review, he just asked me a bit ago while I was on the recliner waiting for my wife.

I had a great experience this visit...I wish I knew the guys name that checked me out so I could give him props! He was very personable and a pleasure dealing with...you dont cross by these kinds of people very often!

Turlock Big Lots is very large with a great furniture section. I shop here regularly and always find great deals. Clean and somewhat organized, customer service is average.

Just ran in to take a look around and left with 2 sofas. It was my first time in a Big Lots store. They have some great deals here and the service from the guys in the furniture department were great.
