We were in The show room 10 minutes and no one acknowledged us. Three sales people at counter helping customers, not one took the time to say they would help us when they were finished. Lowes has better customer service. We walked out and took our business to Modesto.

I would not recommend using this company, they have no ability to communicate. They expect the customers to initiate all communication, even after ordering and waiting for install. We placed an order for new doors in may, were told it would be 3-4 weeks, which was perfect for us. After 4 weeks, we called and they had not even started the order, after 3 more weeks we called and found out the company they contract out to for screen doors was out of business and they weren’t planning to inform us.after a couple more weeks ( now into August) they finally call back after my husband had to email the owner to avoid their rude staff, were told they could install the door but the screens would be a while. The contractor was amazing that came to install the door. Screens finally came in September, but had not been measured properly so there were terrible gaps. The only time they had good communication was when they called to get final payment which we said we weren’t paying until someone came to look at the terrible job done on the screen. The owner came out, agreed it looked terrible, and sent someone to fix it. The whole things took 6 months, which I find ridiculous! Highly do not recommend this company, huge headache to deal with!

I have dealt with Josh for many years. He is extremely knowledgeable unfailingly upbeat and great to deal with. Chase, Les and everyone in the office as well as the shop are terrific and equally helpful. In my opinion, based on years of experience there is no more accurate, professional and responsive door shop than this one. I am shocked at the reviewscomplaining about them. Except that, it seems to me, that there are more whiners everywhere. Try em. Youll like em!

Good selection of base board trims. And if they dont have it they can order it for you. Cant beat there prices either.
