Staff is well educated about their products and very informative. Theyre very helpful and have loads of information on Any questions you have.

The employee had already locked the door because it was closing time but he saw me try to open the door and he was kind enough to open the door and let me and my mom in. He was very knowledgeable about the products. Thank you so much this store made my day.

Bought $25 worth of organic raspberry leaf tea full of bugs and Freddy the manager refused to return or do anything for that matter. This is my first time buying bulk tea, thus I did not realize that I should have looked for bugs upon leaving the store. Ive kept the tea in jars and though its been two weeks since Ive purchased, I know that they didnt come from my pantry. Freddy was short and admitted that customers regularly bring tea back for bugs, but was unwilling to do anything for me! I will not be returning!!
