Very helpful staff. The gentleman who helped us was very well informed and was able to help us find a light bulb that had been very difficult to find previously. I liked the one on one attention of the staff. I didnt feel rushed at all. I recomend this store.

Very good service. Received a call shortly after I placed my order on line that the store only had 1 of 2 batteries in stock that I had ordered. I was able to pick up the 1 battery and the clerk made sure the other battery would be available for pick up Monday afternoon, as I would be leaving early Tuesday morning and would be gone for 3 months. Also, the price was cheaper than any other place I had checked.

I needed a screen protector for my iphone. David was very helpful and got me what I came for.

I went in on a Sunday morning to get my Iphone 6S screen replaced. They did it for $120. When they gave it back to me, my touch sensor did not work, the home button worked but didnt actually click so it was difficult to use and worst of all the screen seemed to be polarized so when wearing sunglasses I could only see my phone if it was turned landscape. I brought it back and they gave me some explanation about the touch sensor not working due to pressure being released when they take it apart (total BS IMO), but said they would try again. They put in another screen and the touch worked but the button still didnt click and I was told thats just how it is with new screens. After a week of frustration I went to another shop where the immediately opened my phone and adjusted the tension on the button fixing it in about 90 seconds. Then I had them try one of their screens and it works just like new, no more polarized screen, he presumed this was because they had used a cheap new screen. They replaced the screen for only $80TLDR - they dont seem to know what they are doing, have inferior replacement parts, and are overpriced

Took my phone in for screen replacement. No damage to frame which they documented. Amber broke the clips and warped the frame and admitted it but store wouldnt honor warranty even after corporate asked them to. They lied and said my husband brought in a broken phone that he threw against the wall. Thats a lie since I brought it in and they admitted damaging it originally stating this can happen during phone repair. Now I have a warped phone with a gap between case and frame and bentframe. The buttons dont work and it overheats. Worst customer service and dishonest business I have dealt with.

They did not have the bulb I needed and could nt answer questions I had. They were not very helpful at all.
