Jack and his staff always take care of me and any of my family that goes into the store, its always a good experience. Ive been buying my tires from power sports for a while now just tell them what you want and in a few days Jack has it. His Prices beat the internet Prices hands down and they still mount and balance free (others are now charging $25 even though it only takes a few minutes). Awful customer service. I went in for a grunge brush and they were out of stock... a grunge brush.... Whatever, i go back a few days later when he says they should be stocked. Still no grunge brushes, he offers to call me when they come in. Never got the call.This coupled with my friends story (he went in to get a price for a tire and the guy asked him to come back in 45 minutes) has ensured I will visit this shop only as an absolute last resort.

My husband talked to them over the phone and gave him a price of 387 for a set of tires for his motorcycle, and today he went to pick it up, he came out paying 458.48 dollars. They lie about the total price just to get him in.
