The office staff and Virginia are so wonderful to work with. We use many storage facilities all over CA, and Double D is by far one of the best. So friendly and willing to work with us since we are so far away. The fact that they dont offer 24 hour access to approved businesses was a concern at first but their gate hours are generous enough that we can manage around it. Definitely recommend!

Nice place to store your belongings. decently priced; i did some comparing. theyre open every day, unlike others in the neighborhood. also, 6am to 9pm closing time for coming and going. cool staff too...

I didnt need a storage unit but I did need a truck to move furniture. Upon arrival for my reserved 17 truck, I realized it was going to be too small. Luckily they had a 26 truck in inventory and accommodated me. I recommend!

Worst place to keep your stuff i allmost lost my storage after paying them current 3oo and so dollars for a small storage i was only sapose to pay 47 buks a month they more then doubled the cost on pentolites and then i get a letter today for obly this month its double my rent and they said if i dont pay before next month on the 6th there keeping my stuff and i just payed them on the 4th scammers

They nickel and dime you. Beware. Also not very friendly. Poor customer service. The lady doesnt do anything, had a lobby full of people and the guy was running around while she wrote a note to someone.

Rented a 15 uhaul truck from this location. Very nice people. Quick with check in and check out. The parking areas are a bit hard to maneuver in and out of, so thats why only 4 out 5 stars.

Rented a Uhaul for a couple hours. Super smooth service and the guy that brought the uhaul to us was super cool and friendly.

Dropped off a one-way U-haul in 2012 and thought they had great service. Most rental truck places in the Bay Area rush the whole process. Was surprised to get good service.Rented a pick up truck Jan 2018 and again, great service with reasonable rental prices. The office people were very friendly & easy to get along with. Would definitely recommend this place

This is one of the best most affordable storage units Ive every used! The attendant thats always here is really helpful and worked with myself and my wife to let us keep our unit temporarily! Ill definitely be coming back here to do business again.

I rented a U-haul from the location and they charged my credit card serval times for charges not related to the U-haul. I had to dispute it with my credit card company to get my money refunded to me. I dont know about their storage company but please dont rent an U-haul from them.

Very clean facilities.... very nice owners! They have moving Vans for rent galore. Major bonus points for customer bathroom. Thats rare at these facilities

Great place. Able to store your items and take of your business. Management team is very capable of making you feel safe and secure here.

I emailed dd said Id be late Ill pay the fee.The next day I get a phone call asking if I intend to pay .I said of course and mentioned I sent an email why call what more do you want. So I decided to get something out of the storage and was let in the gate fine. I stayed 5 min . When I went to leave the code for the gate wasnt working. I used the intercom honked my horn banged on the walls in the restrooms because there is an attached home there. For an HOUR. Called the police.Before they came the little lady drives up.Probably watching from home on the closed curquit camera and asks How I got in there. I told her . The gate how else . As Im saying this it Dawns on me,this is how she confronts customers about paying late storage.Lock em inside .Let them in and hold them there til she comes to ask about payment. ILLEGAL ?

I have a personal connection to this place because my grandparents and their partners built it but the new owners have done a good job of maintaining and making it better. The only down side is all the Uhaul trucks and trailers spread around the facility.
