Placed an online order and arrived early. An associate came to my vehicle and confirmed my online order and brought it to the car before I received the confirmation email. Great customer service!

Prices are nice, store was a bit messy. Bead selection was slim. Cashier was friendly and pleasant.

Myself and my wife like to do crafts projects and go there for supplies . Always has a big varity products to fit our needs from paints, wood working too craft projects.

Everything you could ever need for your diy crafts/projects/hobbies. A pinch more expensive than a place like Walmart, but worth it to avoid going to avoid Walmart.

I like this place reasonable prices and if you need help they will be glad to help you with no problem

The store itself is great but the line to check out is ALWAYS super long and theres usually only one cashier.

I usually shop here for stickers for my happy planners and paint/ canvases. They have so many options and you can always check on the app before you get in the store to make sure they have what you need. Some of the staff is friendly. It’s usually very clean and organized. Very good sales and coupons. I would highly recommend getting the app and being a rewards member.

Curbside pickup was the worst experience of my life today and made me feel as if I wasn’t as important as the other customers was that was there. For one before I even put in my order for curbside pickup I called the store first to see was it too late to put in a order for curbside pick up because on the internet it said 3pm but she said it wasn’t it was already 5pm, so when I got there the guy told me at the front of the store that it was too late and there’s other orders in front of me and they was the only 2 working in the store and couldn’t pull my order today remind you that I asked before I ordered and when I tried to tell him that he walked away from me and treated me as if I wasn’t important enough to hear what I was trying to explain to him and like it was my fault that they was the only 2 working anyways after today I will never order anything else from this store there should have been a better way he could have handled it and they should have had more to help pass out people’s orders I didn’t like this visit at all I wish there was more I could do but they should treat there customers better than what they are treating them

They have a good selection of just about everything from cake decorating, to home decorating. I would like to see more moldes in the soap and candle making section.

My lovely says if I could live there I would. Always something new, but I always have trouble trying to find the right size frames for my projects and theres no one in the framing area to help and dont ask them the sizes in cm, they have no clue what a cm is (at least the person we finally found didnt) and didnt know how to convert it to inches. We had to show them

I love this store. Its easy to get to and never too crowded. I am able to run in for quick things or spend hours browsing if I want. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. They always have sales going and coupons to use. The store is well stocked and easy to navigate.

I usually have a good experience here and I actually like the store but today I got one of the rudest associate. Its not what you say it how you say it when talking to customers. SOOOO RUDE!

Even better than before! Looks like the entire store and merchandise has been reorganized and upgraded... but the prices are still low and fabulous! Bought all clearance items and one item I thought wasnt on sale but even it rang up @ 50% off, nice surprise. Were decorating our new screened in porch and I found plenty of cute wood/metal signs, metal containers and lights. Plus a Ball Display to hold some Funko-Pops. Felt like I walked out with some great bargains. Always have fun going in to browse and come out with fun new projects and gifts for Family... Michaels brings out my creative side!

I really like this Michaels--employees are super nice and helpful, its dog friendly, sales are good. But, its kind of small in comparison to other similar stores and therefore has limited inventory. Its just down the street from where I live and I enjoy shopping there, but Ive had to leave and go elsewhere more than a couple of times to get what I needed. However, because checking to see online if they have it in-store has gotten more accurate, I at least usually know ahead of time now whether or not I can get it there beforehand.

Friendly service and generally has a large enough variety of products that you are able to find what you are looking for. Only complaint is that they host big sales online and they dont always translate into the store which doesnt seem right. Hopefully they can become more advanced in the future. Good deals on frames generally.

Very slow moving registers at certain times of the day, but GREAT customer service. Its always easy to find someone if you need them, but theyre wonderfully unobtrusive when its clear you dont really need help finding anything.

Fairly good variety of yarn here, their crochet thread doesnt have many variegated options. They very rarely seem to mark down any of their project books but they do have a great selection of beads and charms, and those are often on sale. This store does not sell fabric

Great, nice and clean with friendly sales associates. Some of the clearance yarn was in a separate place from the rest of the yarn.

The customer service was horrible. I did not feel like a valid customer. This experience has caused me to decide not to return to this store.
