Landmark Collision Center did a fantastic job repairing my car following an unavoidable collision with a deer within the promised time. Im sure there are many competent specialists who coordinate repairs but my personal experience with Mr. Ed Osnower was exceptional. Perfect example of a business and employees who take ownership and pride in the service they provide. Heather was extremely helpful and the entire team did everything the could to make sure the work was done to the highest standard and on time. Most of all, they communicated extremely well. Auto insurance claims are complicated and can be frustrating. Their constant communication alleviated almost all frustration. You want to use this body shop.

I have used Landmark several times in the past and just recently as well. They repaired the damage I had with a deer to the front of the car. They matched the paint on this 15 year old car perfectly. The fit and finish was better than from the factory. This is the only place to go in Tuscaloosa for body and paint work. Well managed and efficient.
Came to town to move my daughter back home. Only had a short time frame to move out & drive back to Texas. Her car had an issue with sunroof getting stuck. Looked up Landmark Collision. Insurance involved, everything was done quick and easy. Signed a few papers of common logical reasoning. The ladies (especially Kathryn, sorry if I speeled it wrong) on the front staff were great and went a little beyond for me to make sure I got my lease vehicle through and insurance work done.Repairs: mechanics/workers done a great job and good paint work. Done in three days!Lease vehicle: clean and full tank! Simple rules to follow and returned the way it is with a full tank! I would definitely comeback to use their services again!

My car was ready in the time frame I was told. Like that they made sure got the manufacture parts for my car. It was really nice of them to wash and vacuum car, didnt expect that. Will use again.
I got my car fixed here and they were very helpful in getting a quote and trying to save me as much money as possible. After a few months a headlight bumper fell out on the side that was fixed and they were very fast in getting a new one and replacing it. They understood that it shouldnt have fallen out and didnt charge me for it. They truly care about the satisfaction of their customers and are on your side in pricing and timing.
Landmark is the best! They had me quoted for a small fender bender in no time. Marvin even helped out with some scratches on the side of my car while I was there. Incredible people and service and I will absolutely be using them again in the future.

Landmark did an excellent job repairing the dents and scratches in my fender where a car door hit. Though the repair took longer than expected, I was kept updated throughout the process and was impressed by the thoughtfulness of the management. On a Saturday night, my family pulled on to the side of the road due to a flat tire. Zach Fricks stopped what he was doing, took time away from his young daughter and went to get a safer jack and helped me remove my tire and put on my spare. We are here checking out UA with my daughter. Zach is one of the nicest people we met while here. Southern hospitality and kindness is alive. The world is a better place because Zach is in it. Within 1 hour I was back on the road headed home (including time to go on the road and test it out). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Wonderful service! I had a rust leak in my Subaru. I called landmark and they made sure I’d bring my car in when their best ‘rust guy’ was in. That way my car wasn’t just sitting there when it wasn’t getting work done like what happens at so many other auto services. They gave me a ride back to campus when I dropped my car off and picked me up to come get it without hesitation. Everyone was friendly. Mr. Deason described, in detail, what work was done to repair it; and he was willing to make a separate call to my dad(who pays the bills) to do the same. I was charged a very fair rate. I would take my car there again if needed!

Used to be good; we used to use this shop all the time; last time was really bad; i came back multiple times and the lady mechanic is bad! Also could not find the problems; after one year repairing, we finally found the problem, which caused our several hundred dollars paid by our pocket instead of covering by the insurance otherwise. The reception lady is terrible too, she just kept your waiting without doing anything until you asked again and again; really bad costumer service!

I scraped my new black car against a traffic barrel. It was a sad day, and thought I would have to live with the scratches. But, Marvin at Landmark made the scratches completely disappear! They did it the same day, and the price was very reasonable. Dana was also very helpful.

The people are nice which is always a plus, but dont expect to get your vehicle back quickly. Initially was told 3 days for a minor fix on my bumper where someone rolled into me. I had to call them to figure out that they had issues with the paint and were going to take longer. They gave me a new date and time roughly to expect my vehicle and did not hear a thing from them. Here it is over a week later and nothing. So basically they are nice but will leave you in the dark.
Shane is the man, got new parts in a timely manner and a deal that i couldnt beat. Easily the best place in Tuscaloosa to get your repairs done! No one works harder or has the experience!

Simply put, Landmark is the absolute best in collision repair by far, nobody else even comes close! Connie was very helpful and an absolute pleasure to do business with. We had difficulty dealing with a very dishonest and down right crooked insurance company but Shane and Connie went above and beyond to work everything out for us. Our Mercedes GLS 450 came back to us looking better than new! The repair to the damage was absolutely amazing! They also cleaned the inside of the car to a pristine condition before returning it to us (bless them, it was filthy). The car was truly showroom ready! We have used Landmark in the past and was very pleased then too. Even though we were so pleased with Landmark’s past work, we stupidly went to a different repair shop for a previous vehicle out of sheer location and convenience and learned a lesson the hard way. I can honestly say that Landmark is the absolute best. We will never let anyone other than Landmark touch our vehicles. Shane and Connie made us feel like family
