Saw an add for them srating credit forgiveness and $4000 over trade in value. But, go there and asked if I had a co-signer. Whats the point of needing a co-signer if you offer credit forgiveness?I was very skeptical about going there just because of word of mouth. They really backed those negative reviews with my visit.EDIT: After writing this review, the GM called me and apologized. He worked very hard to get me in a new vehicle. Him and his staff stayed late to get me in the vehicle I was wanting.

Received a letter stating they wanted to buy my car because of HOW good I was making payments right? Made an appointment… as a LEGIT self employed individual went through ALL the processes to get approved … got a pay off …to be turned down because I don’t have a W2 … when I NEVER had to have one for the bank to get ANYTHING including the car they say they wanted to buy. Now Joseph was ok but it was very misleading and demeaning.

My husband & I drove all the way from Atlanta to buy a Kia from this dealership.When we purchased the car we were only given one key.Fast forward a few weeks we were called from the dealership to let us know that they had our 2nd key to our vehicle and it was still there at the dealership. We drove back to Tuscaloosa (over 3 hours) to pick up the key. When we arrived home we realized the Key would not lock or unlock our car. So we called the dealership that same day, the service lady said it most likely needed to be programmed or that the key needed to be replaced and that it would cost anywhere from 100-300 dollars to do that. We did not agree that we would be responsible financially for a faulty key and left our information with the lady we spoke with after she said there was nothing she could do but have the General manager get in contact with us. 5 days went by and we still did not hear back after we were calling the dealership daily and leaving messages. Finally we got a call back and the first thing the GENERAL MANAGER said was : “hello, I am calling to see why this key issue that you are having is my responsibility “? HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!? I could not believe my ears. He then also said that we chose to buy the car from him & were not forced to purchase the car from his dealership. He said so much more condescending and disrespectful words! WE WILL NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN! Zero Customer service and obviously customer respect is not a priority. NO ONE should purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I have never been so disrespected before…especially from a General Manager. DO BETTER! My family spent our hard earned money to buy this vehicle only to be treated so poorly. Christopher Smith you totally lost all respect and future business from me & my family.And as you can see by the response below from the dealership, they are now calling me a liar and it proves exactly what my review explains. Poor response & poor service no surprise.

Worst dealership I’ve ever visited. Brake fluid present a sign of the recall and told to come back once the break fluid levels go down again. Repair/ diagnosis rated time is 45 min - 2hrs don’t in under a minute. After leaving the my car keeps reducing speed and then turning completely off without warning. If your doing a recall please take your vehicle to another location.

Ansharn was very knowledgeable about all of the options of the vehicle I was considering. He was very friendly and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with all aspects of the decision.

Well I use to think they were doing a great job. But I just recently went and had some tires put on my car and the place I took my car to does a complimentary service check of your vehicle. And when they came out to show me my filters lets just say I was highly upset. I have had my car for 2 years and it still had the factory filters in my car no they are not included with my oil change but yes they should have told me if they were checking my filters probably that they needed to be changed. One of the filters was the cabin filter which is the air that I breathe it was so dirty you couldnt even see the filter. the other filter was under the hood which is the one that is the life of your motor which has never been offered to be changed. I have a good mind to make them buy my car back since they have ruined the life of my motor. and could care less about the air that I was breathing in this whole time. I have bought two cars from them back-to-back needless to say I will not purchase another one.
