Customer service to the sky! I am out of state passing through and my transmission quit on me. Luckily it was right out front, and a GMC dealer was across the street. I went to the dealer first (because the warranty company wanted me to) but they couldn’t help me for four days, Skyland took me in immediately. It was going to take a few days to get a transmission delivered (not the shops fault) so I spent some time hanging around. I noticed that the mechanics know what they are doing (ex. following torque patterns), providing you with a more safe and reliable car. They had a Mercedes in there too which tells me they are very experienced. We all know it takes a special, talented person to work on a Benz. I also took notice of the detailer pulling out seats and carpet to clean, performing an in-depth clean, the right way. Needless to say the car turns out next to new when finished. But the best part isn’t about their quality or experience, it was their integrity! They treated me so well that I felt like a part of their family. Since I was stranded, they helped me out with food, transportation, and shelter.....what other shop would care for a stranger like that??? I am blown away, the whole crew here is down to earth, and I can’t even think of a single negative thing to say about this shop. If you need a repair or a quality used car, try this place first, you will not be let down.

I’ve been just getting my oil changed here for a couple of years because I’d never needed any serious work till this month. My clutch was slipping and idk anything about cars especially sticks other than driving them. They took my baby in and 5 days later (1 of the days we had bad weather so the part delivery was pushed back) I had a brand spanking new jeep. I love the customer service these wonderful people offer. They answered the phone with the same patience and care the 1st time as they did the 50th. I paid my dues picked my baby up and we’re on the rode again. I believe the prices are fair but I would’ve paid whatever they asked because I trust them.

I have Absolutely Nothing bad to say about them. My repair job was via warranty and Ms. Leanne was an absolute angel, that kept me updated on everything! They dealt with the warranty company and I have a brand new transmission!Mr. Barry(owner) & Curtis (Mechanic)also informed me I needed spark plugs etc, so they took care of that too! My truck is gliding like its on the Canadian Ice Rink.😊😊🙌🏿🙌🏿 I love them!!!!!

Recommended by a good friend who told me he was quoted $1200 to fix AC on his truck but instead arrived to pick up the truck and had a bill of only $400 after Barry found out the real problem was external to the compressor. I took my Kia in for intermittent starting problems and for quotes on future repairs of power steering pump, door handle and a few other things. My power steering pump has been making noise for a month and I was sure it was going bad. He charged me the normal diagnostic fee ($80), fixed the power steering pump squeal by tightening the belt for no charge, and found an oil leak that could be causing my starting problems (after adding oil to the engine - also at no charge). I got an estimate for almost $900 to repair the oil leak and replace the timing belt, more than i could ever afford, so he broke it down into seperate repair quotes based on most serious problems. Quote was more than I expected but he also found problems I didnt know anything about and included the timing belt replacement which it is definitely overdue for and I have been ignoring for some time. Individual repair quote prices all seemed reasonable enough. I doubt theres a more honest shop than Barry and LeeAnns. Just do NOT feed their lil doggie anything chocolate 🍫 or LeeAnn will scold you tightly (I didnt know it could make them sick, my bad).

Barry and crew are extremely courteous and professional. They got my transmission work done in three days, and the prices were extremely competitive. When I had a recurring issue with a starter and brakes, they resolved my issue at an affordable price and in one business day. I highly recommend them for any auto work!

I brought my 2016 Nissan Altima in for an oil change & it was a great experience. This service was quick, staff was friendly & the maintenance was done to my satisfaction. They even provided me with a very affordable estimate for tires which was a big weight off my shoulder because had they not brought the tires to my attention, I would not have known they were needed soon. I will definitely be following that oil change sticker back to Skyland Auto & Tire. Thanks again.

Told me to come in at 8:30 am for a DIAGNOSTIC check on power steering after calling the day prior to get what I thought was an appointment and now at noon have been told they dont know when they can get to it. Worse than Firestone!

It is the worst place ... my car has more than a month and they can not deliver it to me ... every time I call they tell me the same as tomorrow and tomorrow, until today is tomorrow ... I I recommend that you never go ...👎👎👎👎
