The best thing about this business is that you get to talk to a real person when you call! They are honest, knowledgeable, capable, and accommodating. If they cant fix it, they will direct you to a shop that can and help you make arrangements to get it repaired.Recently my Mercedes broke down in a nearby drugstore parking lot. Friends picked me up and brought me home, where I tried to make arrangements to have the car towed to the Mercedes dealership. I called a towing service near me, and got a their scheduling service (located somewhere???) that made me repeat lengthy information to three different people, none of whom spoke English as a first language. Third time around, I gave up.The next morning, I called Warren Tire Pros. The gentleman who picked up the phone listened to my tale of woe, including the fact that I have a broken foot. He immediately grasped the situation. He said he would send someone to my home to pick up a car key, and Warren would take it from there. And so they did! TRADE LOCAL! ROLL WARREN TIRE PROS!

Excellent customer service! I called and told them my tire size Friday. On Monday, I brought my vehicle in to have them put on and oil changed. They even gave me a ride back home after I dropped it off. I will ONLY use Warren Tire from now on!

Awful service. First time they charged me 500$ and car had the same alert and still did not work right, I took it back and they could not figure out was wrong and refused to reimburse any money. After everything, all the car needed was an oil change. The second time I took car there it was because the driver window would not open. They said it was the control panel and that it was 500$ to replace it and proceed to charge me 100$ to close it when I refused to pcroceed with the repair. I replaced the panel myself with a 45$ part and it still didnt work therefore it was not the control panel but the window motor. I would have paid 500$ again for them not to solve the issue. After changing the motor the window works perfectly for the price of 35$.

These guys really saved our day! We were passing thru on our way to Gatlinburg and needed tires on a very odd tire size. NO ONE and I mean NO ONE in Tuscaloosa could help us. I called a Mercedes dealership (we have a range rover) after a local tire shop advised us to, and they sent us here. I am so very happy they did. They went out of their way to order our tires and get them on only a few hours later, on Good Friday at that. I am so very thankful to all these guys. They were very caring and very accommodating. I’m a UA student, know nothing about cars. 3 nights ago my front tire blew out on the highway and it was very scary. the next morning i call with no appointment just a call, and they were VERY nice. he very upfront said he can try to get me in the next morning, because they have 60+ cars ahead of me today but to drop it off and they’ll try their best. he tells me the price before i got there ($130) and i left my car. 5 minutes before they close, i get the call! AND they sent me a free shuttle even though it was past their hours. What amazing quick service and for the best price nearby, i was super impressed. If you’re like me and knew nothing about cars, trust them. I’ll even be bringing my car back to them when i get back to T-town after i noticed my other tire has a small rip because i know these people care a lot and will do a great job.

Friendly personnel but let’s just say they try to take advantage of college students, who for the most part don’t know what’s wrong with their vehicle and are just looking to get things fixed.(In response to the owner)Your comments are false, you seem to forget that I brought my vehicle in for a coolant leak which you diagnosed as a cracked radiator. Despite the steep price of labor and repair I paid it because I was recommended to your business and like to support local. The leak persisted and I saw the drip from the upper radiator hose to the lower and brought my vehicle back to possibly change out the houses or tighten the clamps. You wanted to charge me $180 for that, an issue that was supposed to be fixed on the initial visit, which makes me wonder if my radiator was actually cracked in the first place.

We dropped our car off at Warrens earlier this week. And when I spoke to Brad about the repair, he was so helpful, kind and reassuring. Especially since I am not there and I solely counted on his opinion, I very much appreciate their throughness and care. Actually, every time I called every person I spoke to was polite. We will DEFINITELY go back.

Yesterday on the way to take my husband to the hospital I noticed my tire was dangerously low so I pulled into Warren to see if they could help. Even though they were extremely busy a young man named James came out to put some air in the tire for me. He not only put air in that tire but he made sure all my other tires were safe too! He also noticed I had a nail in my tire and plugged it for me immediately so I could get my husband to the hospital! I am so grateful and will definitely be going back. Great work with great service. Someone may think that there service charge is little higher than others, but they totally worth it. I have an old Toyota Corolla and they fixed my battery, ac, starter. They provide you ride. Personally, I am quite satisfied with their work.

Called shortly after they opened and asked if I could drop my car off to get my brakes looked at. Was told they would be able to look at it that day. Dropped car off at 7:30AM and was told it may take until the afternoon to look at them since it was busy. No problem. I call at 2:45PM for a status update and I was told they would be looking at it very soon according to the guy on the phone. I get dropped off at 5:00PM and they tell me Sorry, well have to look in the morning. I asked for my keys and left. Will never go back.

The folks at Warren take great care of their customers! I love that they dont try to upsell for services you dont really need. I also really appreciate that they treat me no differently than my husband - which isnt always the case at auto places, where my concerns and comments are dismissed. Not at Warren! Great service. Took a tire there to have it repaired and found out it needed to be fully replaced. Since i bought the tire somewhere else they suggest i should take it back to the purchaser to see if i had any warranty or if they could find a replacement cheaper than what they were offering. Ive gone here to have them do an inspection of a vehicle I was considering to purchase, have had them check various problems with other vehicles, and have had them change my tires. They give rides for customers who bring in a vehicle and need to pick it up. Theyre honest, generous, and thus far seem to do good work. For things they are able to take care of, this is the first place I go.
