The store was very impressive with their organization. They selections of childrens clothing was average yet very disappointed with the prices...😟😟 Omgoodness, department store prices on used clothing and on items faded or slightly tattered very discouraging to say the least. Its not a place to look for a bargain or a good deal on clothing for your children. You would be better off just to go to the department store and get them brand new for a few dollars extra For example: I did not see one 4T or 5 PT shirt for a little boy that would be acceptable to wear playing outside for under $4.98. If you are like me and go to a thrift store or consignment shop you definitely want a bargain.. Again, this is not the place to find that!!! However, the employee that actually spoke to me when I was leaving was very nice and the store customers were very friendly & polite. That was the best part of our whole experience.... Unfortunately, I would not go back to this consignment shop again... the store location is excellent though & easy to find!! This review is given by a real reviewer & customer...

Deja Vu is the land of like new, upscale, gently used clothing/accessories at a huge fraction of retail price... It really is a shoppers HEAVEN. I am a mom on a tight budget and it doesnt show thanks to Deja! I really love having all of the best brands readily available with very friendly employees happy to help me anytime I go there. Everything is organized by size and color. I found things that someone my moms age would enjoy as well as trendy things that I loved for my daughter and myself. They offer various name brands in very good condition (some NWT) all at very reasonable prices! Love it!

Truly liked my 1st experience! Found 3 unique items for $21. Friendly staff and easy to find my size. Only suggestion would be to have a chair in each dressing room. I will return soon!! :-)

So I went here hoping to start consigning the girls clothes as I have been doing with Chloe’s clothes since she was born.I even went here to check it out before bringing all my clothes down, asked questions, and decided to give them a try.Let me just say the experience I received and the experience I was led to believe I would have was way different. I will not be using this business.I found the amount of work they expect from me as the consigned to be unfairly proportional to the profit they get from selling my clothes.I also was told they would donate clothes they wouldn’t take so even though some of the clothes I was questionable about whether or not they would take i still brought up there. The owner/manager would not even look at them or suggest donation.For a momma who works full time, has two kids, teaches over 1000 students, and has holiday events to plan this was an extremely disappointing experience.Also I found their selection of children’s clothing to be subpar compared to other consignment stores in the area.

Definitely has a resale store vibe, but its a great place to go in and browse. You never know what youll find in the sizes that you need.

Brought clothes to consign, after waiting reasonable amt of time & not hearing from them (maybe a month or so??) went back in to check.Was there about 15 mins while staff looked.They werent able to tell me anything.Was told to wait a few weeks. Didnt go back for a few mos or more to check & same thing happened - waited 10-20 mins while they looked.Still no one could tell me anything except to wait a few weeks. No word from them for > year until I left them a negative review, then the owner called saying I want you to delete that review.We talked a while & she explained shed had some issues w/some past employees, apologized for my bad experience & told me that I actually $ from items that had sold.I promptly changed my negative review from 1 to 4 stars.I think it was a pretty nice edited review and I am including it here:[Initially had a very bad experience here, but after my negative post, the owner reached out to me and was very nice. Apparently, she had had some trouble with some previous employees and was very apologetic about what happened to me and said that it was important to her that her customers were happy. She let me know that some of my items had sold (so I have $ waiting to be picked up!) and told me that if I ever had a problem there, to let her know. I am planning to go back soon and give them another shot!]Today, owner called me again & told me I want you to delete that review! I told her I had changed it - she still wasnt not happy. Explained why I wrote what I did & that I changed it to positive.I was being honest & told her exactly how I felt; if I had not written the neg. review no one would have ever contacted me about $ waiting for me. Post a bad review & get a call immediately! 2nd conversation w/ her can only be described as harassment. Argued w/ me saying she didnt understand the problem & wanted me to delete the review bc it “was affecting (her) business”. Kept trying to make excuses,acting like it was my fault. Problem was simple -2X I went to check on my things, waited both times & no one had a clue! After leaving, no one attempted to resolve the issue for me by checking further. No one ever called or emailed me after I went in to check and I never heard anything more from them (and would not have ever heard anything more from them) until I wrote a negative review. They obviously could have contacted me to let me know that my items had sold; they didn’t waste any time in doing so when I became a problem for them. The owner kept asking me when was it that I went in and who I talked to – I didn’t know the specific dates and I don’t think any of the employees ever told me their names, but I’m sure I wouldn’t have remembered them anyway. It was different people both times, but really, why should any of that matter? She asked me why I didn’t come back after that. I told her that I had just assumed that my clothes had all been donated, sold or thrown away since I never heard a single thing about them after making two attempts to find out (and they had my contact information and hadn’t contacted me). I honestly didn’t want to have to go back and waste any more of my valuable time, assuming that I would get the same results. The owner was very insistent that I needed to delete my review. When she first reached out to me after my initial review, I was willing to give them another chance. I wrote what I considered a nice edit of my original review and assumed that would be appreciated (after all, the bad experience HAD occurred, but I felt like she was trying and so I was willing to do the same). After my experience with the owner today, however, I’m sorry, but I’m going to have to go back to my original rating: ONE STAR. I did not deserve the treatment I received today for being honest about a very bad experience.

They use to be downtown, they still have great items to buy, especially childerns clothes.

Great selection. We bought one article and immediately after paying noticed one panel was discolored. The only thing the cashier said was, all sales are final. We realized that before and didnt feel the need to push the matter but it came across as rude. Disappointing.
