Please do not purchase any wigs from here, you can not try it on. Paid 350 for a wig that is too small and can not get a refund or exchange. Be careful

Unable to give a zero. Worst experience ever. I was double charged and shorted on my change back. Individual proceeded to next customer. I did not leave store before confronting Individual and he tried to convince me that he gave me my money. so called management was twice as rude and dismissed me and tried refuse refund. had to stand my ground. Scam artists at best. left all items . will not drop a penny on the ground outside this place.

Pretty decent hair store. The guys behind the counter are always nice and helpful. Lots of sales and coupons so you can always get a deal on what you need. There are lots of products and hair to choose from. They sell makeup and stuff too. Some of the things are kinda pricey. I purchased some temporary hair coloring wax. It cost about $7 and that’s how much it was going to be at walmart but they didn’t even have it so the beauty outlet was my only option. They also had it online but the beauty outlet was faster and cheaper. My go to for all hair needs!

6/22/19 I would give a 0 if I could. I will never step foot in this business again. One of the men who works there is very rude and does not know how to own up to his mistakes. He overcharged me for an item that I purchased. I went back to the store not even 10 mins after the transaction to get my money back for him overcharging me. He tells me that i purchased some earrings, then he says I bought a bracelet. I don’t even have holes in my ears so why would I purchase earrings and i sure didn’t buy a bracelet. They removed all of the stuff out of my bag and he’s still standing there looking in an empty bag like something else was going to appear. The other guy finally gave me my money while the other man continued to be unprofessional talking trash. THEY WILL NEVER GET ANY OF MY MONEY AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
