I have so many options when I have something Im looking for but I was kind of unsure of what to rate this store because of the customer service Ive seen and had. On my first visit to this store Nadiah asked if I needed help but then seemed like she didnt really want to help me. In my most recent visit she was arguing with a customer about a certain associate being able to help her and then she talked about that customer to other employees when other customers were within earshot. The reason Im giving a 4 star rating is because of Eva and Collin. Eva was amazing. She took her time with me to make sure I found everything I needed, helped me find my shades, listened to my concerns and needs and was really the definition of amazing customer service. Collin was also great. He also took time to listen to what I needed and the issues Id had with other products. They both made me feel comfortable and they were very happy to help. They are the reason Ill come back.

IM TELLING YOU GUYS WHEN YOU GO HERE SPEAK TO JUSTIN! HE KNOWS HIS STUFF!!!! He is so kind and will help you with whatever questions you have and recommend products suited to your needs. I have SUPER oily skin and he has recommend SOOO many products that have been true lifesavers to me!!!!

Great cosmetic selection and severely good customer service. Had an incident today with a guy stalking and starting at my friend and I and all we had to do was mention it to the employees and they said they would take action if anything further happened. Really made me feel better.

I cannot say enough positive things about Sephora at JCP! I am elated to finally have a store where I can purchase the makeup and skincare items I love. The store is immaculate and perfectly organized, and every member of the Sephora staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the needs of their customers are met. Theyll even make you a sample of anything in the store! Its amazing. If youre not getting your beauty and skin care products here, you are missing out. They offer so many products from so many incredible lines--even the Sephora brand stuff rocks. Their Beauty Team leader is so cool and kind, and Im totally a Sephora shopper for life now. I love this store, even if they end up getting all my paychecks! Sephora at JCP is rad.
