Ive ordered often here lately and its always so awesome! Everything from the flavored gourmet popcorn to chocolate dip fruits and fresh fruit cup. Man its so convenient to place order online and pick up or delivery. Not to mention its for whatever occasion... just cause, happy birthday, I love you, Congratulations .. Cant lose with this
On September 22 I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a family member. I received a call hours later that my order could not be delivered to the hospital and that someone would need to pick it up. I’m not from AL, but I was able to find someone to deliver it for me. I was told I would get 10% off plus the delivery charge waived (obviously). When the item cleared my account, it cleared for the entire amount. I called and spoke to the manager, Courtney, who assured me she would refund the $16+. I called every few days and was told it takes a while to clear the bank. It’s been 2 weeks, so I called again. I was told the zip code didn’t match my card and that I would need to call corporate to get my money. It is the only card I have, meaning Courtney entering the zip code incorrectly when attempting the refund. She said there is nothing she can do at this point. It’s not the dollar amount, but the principal and poor customer service that has me beyond frustrated. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS PLACE. There’s a reason they only have 3 stars. Never again.
Fruit was not good. You figured for $50 they would at least use good strawberries and not half rotten ones. Also the card had her name spelled wrong and the message was wrong as well. Would not recommend!
My service here has been really poor lately. I go to a EA in a different places, everywhere I go....this one is the worst. DONT BUY INTO A FRANCHISE IF U WANNA SET YOUR OWN RULES!!!! JUST CALL IT WHATEVER UR NAME IS....ARRANGEMENTS. THEN THEY WILL MESS UR ORDER UP AND NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
***This is a post update.Recently I had an experience with this Edible Arrangements location that left a very bad view in my head, so bad, I left a negative review. However, I’m going to change this because Jessica, whom I assume is the store manager, took the time to reach out to me and explain why things went wrong, and none of them were unreasonable - I do wish I had known earlier, but it’s all the past now.Jessica is the only reason I’m changing this for a favorable review and giving it a recommendation. She is going above and beyond to make things right and she deserves major props.On a good note, my niece did enjoy her Hello Kitty Edible Arrangement, balloons, and the free teddy bear that they included.
We have been using Edible Arrangements ever since they have come to Tuscaloosa. Never have I had a problem with them, until yesterday. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my mother at HER business before 5pm. I called customer service because of course, their phones were not working on Valentines Day. Customer service sent them an email for them to call me about my situation. Well, that night around 7:50pm the delivery guy called my MOTHERs phone and said Im about to deliver the arrangement at 7:50pm, when it was supposed to be delivered before 5pm. I told him the deal and he very nicely offered to bring them to the house, so I agreed. Around 8:45pm he still didnt show up, no phone call-nothing, so I called * he said he had to stop by the store again and wouldnt be there until 10pm. NO!!!! you will NOT deliver something to my house after 8pm!! I know its not the delivery guys fault, but something NEEDS to be done. I also know Valentines Day is a busy day, but you should be prepared and NOT leave someone out without their Valentines gift!! oh & I have STILL not heard from the manager NOR has the $100 delivery been delivered.
Visited here over the summer and absolutely loved it. Fun and friendly staff, had my arrangement ready in no time. The wife was very pleased. Definately recommend it to all my friends.
I recently ordered an arrangement for my husbands birthday and the salesperson that helped me (Im sorry I didnt get her name) was AMAZING! She was a true master of the customer service experience and will be the reason I come back - not to mention the fact that my husband LOVED the chocolate dipped strawberry box :-)

Update:I have placed an order with this store several times since my first review and its has went downhill since then. I ordered an arrangement to surprise my husband for the beginning of the school year and the fruit looked awful! You would think the price they charge for an arrangement it would be better. But did I learn my lesson...NO! I placed another order for my husband on Monday, September 27th for delivery. Before placing the order, I called the store to make sure the order could be there my noon on Thursday, September 30th and was informed that will be no problem. However on the day of delivery, I tried to call the store numerous times to confirm the time, however no one ever picked up the phone!!! I finally contacted the corporate office and they wasnt much assistance to the matter either!! I couldnt go to the store because Im in another state!! If these arrangements are going to cost this amount of money, then the product and customer service needs to be top notch!!!!I made my purchase online, however being in another state I had a few questions pertaining to the delivery. The customer service was outstanding. They answered my questions in a professional manner. Plus the person that received the arrangement absolutely love it!

Got an arrangement for my mom... she said half the fruit was spoiled like they mixed old fruit with fresh fruit... I won’t be going back again... I guess I should have specified “ALL FRESH FFUIT” but really should I have to do that?

I placed an order with edible arrangements a few weeks ago for a delivery on Valentines day and never received it. They disconnected their phone on Valentines day. I just called the store (again)to speak to a manager and I got sorry we were busy yesterday.....Do you want it today? no one ever called to let me know that the order was not being delivered yesterday. Your store was built on a promise to handle the holiday so I could care less that you were busy. Status .... Still waiting for someone to call me - I want compensation for your failed business practices.
Never use this place, they didnt have my complete order. Couldnt get in contact with anyone on the phone, just an answering service while the store is open. Just pathetic

First off, let me start by saying worst customer service ever . The front cashier was very unprofessional, rude, and nonchalant . I sent my grandmother in store to place a order for me and the cashiers response was awful . Her words exactly, “ Can you not just look online ? “ Ma’am if I could place the order online I would have . The website was down . We tried to explain that but she responded, “ Why she can’t, what’s wrong with it ?” The service was so terrible we cancelled our order . & she failed to give us a receipt that we cancelled .
Nothing is fresh. Delivery unreliable and nothing like other EA stores. Rude staff doesnt stand behind product. Once they have your money they dont care.
Customer service is awful. Ive stopped by on several occasions during times that they are supposed to be open and they are not. Ive also called and been put on hold FOREVER. I guess there are days that they dont feel like working,so they just dont.
Never had a problem.
Word of advice to this store. When sending an on-the-clock employee to do a lunch exchange with another restaurant, instruct them not to bypass the line when they have a huge order.
