I just cant get enough of this wonderful and amazing place Ive received excellent customer service from the first time I ever walked in to each and every time I lve ever left and came back it just feels like home here I cant think of a more comfortable cigar lounge than this executive protection has its benefits but nothing ever like this along with a few representatives from the capital and a billionaire in my company this is a safe environment that I truly dont mind spending my spare time and honestly I truly dont feel like I make it out here enough to truly appreciate this place as I honestly should everything and everyone here is absolutely top notch 👍 sometimes I still cant believe it but hey that just gives me inspiration and motivation to keep coming back to a place that I truly and most definitely am extremely proud to call home 🏠 thanks for everything and please dont change a thing😁😁😁👍👍👍

The staff is great but the owner is an A-hole and was totally disrespectful. Great atmosphere but we will never go back there again because of the owner. It’s obvious why there was no one else there. I probably shouldn’t assume he’s the owner. He’s probably a trust fund baby the way he acted.Your recollection of what happened is not quite factual. But that doesn’t matter when there are no customers to spend money. Good luck.

Went to get a previously purchased R&R cigar lighter serviced. They couldnt get it working again so they have me a new one. No asked. Excellent choice of cigars and excellent customer service.

Rockey Patel event w/ NishEvent was good until drawing for 500$Gift card, we had only #s on ticketsBut owner called a name out instead of #The faces on the crown said it all!Shop is very nice! Great environment and friendly staff. Was greeted as soon as I walked up to the door by the owners on the porch. Best place in Tuscaloosa to watch Alabama games. The tents outside are a huge plus, not to mention the drinks and bar they bring outside. Humidor has a great selection with everything I needed and more. 10/10 all the way around

The Cigar Mansion is one of the best spots in Tuscaloosa. Their bourbon selection is one of the best in town. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. Reagan and Randy both come with a wealth of knowledge on all things cigars. This is my go to spot when I come to Tuscaloosa.

Off the charts, amazing 1903 mansion with comfortable indoor and outdoor seating! Great selection of hard to find cigars. Excellent beer and liquor selection as well. The owner Regan & Randy are very knowledgeable and couldn’t of been more friendly. If I owned a cigar mansion this would be it!A must stop !!

Went here for the first time a few weeks ago with three other friends. This place is fantastic. The cigar selection is great. Their bourbon/scotch selection is also good. The thing that sets this place apart from others is the atmosphere and the employees. This place is a laid back. It feels like your at a friends house sharing drinks and cigars. The employees are also really knowledgeable and eager to help. I will definitely be giving these guys more of my business in the future.

ABSOLUTELY awesome environment. It all begins with a beautiful wrap around front porch. You enter a two story white Victorian home. They have a mini bourbon and whiskey bar, half a dozen micro brews in tap. Great cigar selections... oh and they top it off with plenty of oversized fine leather seating. I will be back...

Over all, this is the best cigar lounge I have been too. The owners and staff are good folks and are glad to see ya when you come in. Great selection of cigars and alcohol. They have the most comfortable chairs even if you sit on the patio-of any cigar lounge I have been too. The smoke eaters are not loud and they do the trick even when its packed. They do an awesome job of keeping this place clean, and they deordorize every morning so it doesnt smell old and stale from the previous day. The only place in town a cigar smoker should go.

Went in to pick up a gift...its amazing what I actually walked into. They have great service and very patient with helping with picking out what might satisfy the cigar smoker. Great gift ideas for your Man, Dad, or BFF...they will definitely thank you for it and the choice you might make. I reccomend this shop to all you sophisticated cigar smokers. A wonderful place for smokers both young and old. This is a very homey (literally in a historic home) place for both a casual smoke or a business meeting with co-workers. Selling both a wonderful selection of cigars and a slightly limited selection of pipe tobaccos. Overall I highly recommend this place and would suggest it to both new and experience smokers.

This place is a great one to go and just kick back for a little while, great room with TVs and huge chairs. or if the weather is nice they have a massive veranda with ample seating. Cigars are the same price as youd pay anyway but in a much nicer environment. Plus you can get booze there too, BONUS!

Great place to go and enjoy a cigar. Ive been there about four or five times and I always walk out with a new cigar or two. I now make plans to go there on weekends with my friends to relax cause its so nice.

Listen to me and please listen to me well i work in executive protection and has been for years my first time going to R&R cigar lounge was today and Ill tell you this, it was the best relaxing cigar smoking experience that i have ever had and enjoyed in my entire life!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thay treated me with such great hospitality to the point that i cant even explain it as good as i want to there are many cigar lounges but this one takes it ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you are use to great people and treatment visit this place i promise youll love it this place is truly a place to remember I PROMISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The only reason I shared a single star is because it wont let me go any lower. I made what amounts to an off color comment about how terrible service is from the owners son. He would rather sit in his private office playing video games and picking at his toenails than come out and speak to the cigar guys like every other cigar merchant does around the United States. anyway, I make this comment to one of the his sales reps talkin about how he can be very rude sometimes and act like hes doing you a favor by being there to sell cigars to you. She it appagreed. Well it appears that she went straight to him and told him because today (several weeks later) I go in to purchase a $35 opus x and was called into theo for my verbal spanking. He then advised that he was aware of the comments that I had made and from now on I could get my cigars elsewhere. Boy did he do me a favor because just down the road I found vitolla cigars, literally three blocks towards the courthouse and I could walk from one front door to the other. Once I arrived at the new cigar shop in Tuscaloosa I was greeted by handshakes that were glad to see me as well as smiles. they told me they were very happy to see me and to let them know if I needed any help in the humidor. I have been smoking cigars most of my 50 years and have never found a bigger snot of a salesman than Reagan at r&r cigars. when you see the Big r and r sign at a railroad crossing it means to stop look and live which keeps you from getting hit by a train, you can apply that same logic to this store. Before going in to see Reagan leave your car cranked drive three blocks towards the stadium and find the best cigar shop in Tuscaloosa if not the state. Four different lounging areas including 1 outside and:1 or 2 upstairs make it a perfect place to sit with your friends and smoke cigars and so far everyone has treated me as though I am valuable to them. A refreshing change from Reagan kicking me out of the store because I damaged his very sensitive psyche. Remember vitolla cigars. Two doors down from 5 restaurant.

As a customer, my husband did not feel welcomed or appreciated & therefore did not buy any cigars.

Awesome place, the selection is great, the lounge is great, the employees are great. We drove over 3 hours just to try this place out. I wish I lived closer.....definitely recommend stopping by.

Cool cigar lounge the guy working when we arrived was nice but not to sharp on cigars ask if i was looking for anything in particular I said do you have any fuente Xtra Viejo he said sorry we dont have any went into the humidor and there were 5 different boxes of Viejo on the shelf needless to say i bought a bunch of them he apologized said he wasnt sure what they were but overall it was a a great place lots of drink options and plenty TVs and some really nice single malt liquors to pair up with your stick will be back

Worst customer service ever! Usually, when I walk into a cigar shop, someone greets me at the door. At R&R Cigars I walked around for about 15 to 30 minutes clueless where to go. When I walked into the humidor, a customer gave me advice and walked out feeling unsatisfied. On the plus side, the cigar lounges are kept up well and the humidor is very organized.

Awesome setting. The old home that the shop is Zen is in fantastic shape. I love the wraparound porch with all the places to sit with my friends. I also enjoy the many televisions throughout the building and a fantastic selection of Cigars but as good as all of that sounds the rude almost hateful attitude from the owner of the company is all it takes for me to go somewhere else. We have options and I choose to take advantage of them. I smoke the cigar in the shop like that to get away from the hustle and bustle and rude hateful people that I have to deal with on a daily basis, why would I want to go spend $20 on a nice cigar and maybe another 10 on a glass of bourbon just to be treated like they or doing something for me by being there. I got news for you youre not the only game in town but if you dont change the way you interact with people there will be one fewer business in town because you wont make it. Ive watched you long enough to know that you have a circle of friends and those of the people that you were really happy to see you come while the rest of us are made to feel like were under your feet. Good luck you have a wonderful thing going there, just work on your personal interactions and see how much better it Becomes.
