The girl who checked me out was nice. But the other girl working on the floor was rude. I asked her if they had any more sizes in the back of something and she said no really quick she didnt even go back to look. She acted like I was bothering her. Will go somewhere else from now on.

Idk why they felt it was necessary to have A GUY WITH A GUN watching the store?!He seemed angry that we needed to talk to the cashier.It was HORRIBLY uncomfortable, and Im not going back while the property owners solution is to treat customers like this.

Not sure why it was necessary for the security guard to ask for my receipt and insinuate that I didn’t pay for the shoes!! This was embarrassing!! He did this in front of other customers!! Won’t be back!!

I used to buy all my shoes at the store when it was at McFarland Blvd. But its too uncomfortable to shop when the heat is blasting and everything I had on was literally wet with sweat. Which is how it was the last few times I have been here. They should keep it cooler to keep down on germs, especially during a pandemic! Also, they keep some of the shoes that are on sale on top of each isle and out of reach. You cannot see the sizes and prices. Ive never been able to get anyones attention to get help me. I did buy at least two pair that were in reach on each trip. But I will shop somewhere else.

Ordered online. Paid full price plus tax (so almost $60) for a pair of CROCS that I couldn’t find anywhere else. They arrived damaged like they’d been run over or caught in something. They were not in the original box just slipped in a shopping bag. Whoever packaged these shoes for shipping HAD to have seen that they were damaged but sent them anyway. Unhappy with my experience & will not be placing anymore orders with Shoe Station & their low standards. Would give 0 stars if that were an option.

To Owner:Your customer service is awful. You have all these people working for you but it always seems they are annoyed to actually provide help. One time I had a nice young gentlemen help me with a new pair of work shoes. He was excellent and knew exactly everything to help me and for further purchases of footwear. If it wasnt for him I wouldnt be back. I was just in this pass weekend, Still your employees need a manners check. thank you

Yall dont ever have my size. I found 4 shoes in the store I liked and none of them come in 12W. So I ordered from Amazon! Duh.

Not a good variety of shoes for older women. The store is nice and employees were friendly. I did manage to find a pair appropriate for the my daughters wedding.

For being black Friday the discount was not the greats. Had great help from the lady on the floor but the cashier was not friendly but not rude. He seemed adjutant.

After getting my hopes up high, I went in and found JUST what I was looking for! But undecided on what shoe to purchase, because of a knee injury. I decided to purchase all 6 pairs of shoes that I was interested in. A worker walked up to me nearly pushing me out of the way, without speaking or making any eye contact whatsoever. She began to move the shoe boxes around thatI was attempting to shop. RECOVERY She put the shoes back in the box. And turned around with the nastiest look on her face asking me. WHAT? I simply responded I have the mate to that shoe in my hand. She responded, NO YOU DONT, ITS RIGHT HERE. MATTER OF FACT THIS IS THE DISPLAY SHOE!!!!! So I continue to shop and she stood there the whole time Fumbling around with only 3 boxes. The exact 3 boxes that im shopping. She turned around and rolled her neck and eyes at me asking me. WHAT?? Im trying to shop.I responded, and I didnt want to mix up the shoes. She indicated, ILL HAVE TO STRAIGHTEN IT OUT ANYWAYS!! I explained to her that I also work in a shoe department and understand her work. She rolled her eyes at me and smacked her lips. She also repeatedly walked pass me rolling her eyes. I decided to leave without a purchase.Honestly no one should work with the public if you cant simply speak and make customers feel welcome. You guys lost alot of sales from me today. And will continue to lose more from others if this continues. As a former store manager, employees are the reflections of your supervisors. This is highly unacceptable and im very disappointed in how I was treated today..

I walked in there a week ago right before it was time for me to go to work but I went to dollar general before I came there so I had a bag with me. Soon as I walked in the store didn’t no one greet me he just asked to hold my bag while I shop like I was going to steal something. Even left his register walking around behind me in the store. I will never go back here to shop for anything 😡🤬

The manger is bad because I was looking at socks and she took it away from me. And she was talking to her co workers then my friend went out and he came back in and she look at him wrong

Walked in for five minutes to find socks. My friend happens to work there and the manager told me I need to “find a new hobby”. Didn’t realize buying socks was a hobby but, I’ll shop elsewhere from now on!
