Very helpful staff. Have all if the sororities and will order items for you if out of stock. Unique items like pillows and watercolor portraits.

Its pretty good. I got a three quarter zip there with my sorority engraved on it but I wanted it to say just the Greek letters without saying the university of Alabama under it but when I got it back they had put both on, I informed them this isnt what I asked for and they said they could do it again and would call me when its ready. Over 2 weeks go by without word from them so I called. They had no clue where my jacket was and said they must have lost my ticket. They said they would do it again. When I got a call saying it was ready, this time the call was from the owner, I was told that they found the old one and the new one was ready and for all the trouble I could have both. When I went to the store the employee said that no I could only have one so at this point I just took my new one and left. Its a great pull over that I LOVE, just wish I could have got it within the original 3-5 days instead of the next month. But besides my ordeal, they have tons of great sorority and Alabama clothes and items.

Great merchandise but you can often find it at better prices. I love going when they have sales.
