We stopped here as we passed through Tuscaloosa. The employees there were extremely polite and helpful. The drink was the best cold brew Ive had in a while. Thanks for the great experience, folks!

Their iced cold chocolate mocha is so good but the caramel frappuccino is also good. My daughter and I have recently got hooked. Ive only been a customer of the drinks for a week.

Real good coffee shop. Normally its busy so it means the products are fresh and the store is clean. A Clean store/shop is very important to me! The Coffee is good and the staff is friendly.

Literally the best Starbucks Ive been to, a million times better than the one of Veterans memorial parkway! Always so sweet and timely. Whenever theyre out of the option you want they recommend something similar that you may like, super thoughtful and Ive never had a bad experience here.

The coffee is great but the staff wasnt . One person took our money at one end of the bar and another made our order and set it at the other end of the bar without even telling us. We waited several minutes for nothing. They can do better Im sure

I asked for a particular drink said they didnt have the stuff to make it. I used to work at a Starbucks I saw all the stuff there to make. I asked her I can tell u how to make it please if u dont know how cause u do have the ingredients. Mam u are holding up the line. So I had to order something I really didnt want & so did my cousin. Not good customer service at all. I keep my cool which was hard to do with her mouth

My order was taken promptly by a friendly young lady and my order was ready quickly and just as delicious as always. I love this particular location because the long line always moves quickly.

There was a long line out the driveway yet it moved so fast. Someone was out taking orders so helpful. I thought that this was going to take forever yet less than 10 min.

So disappointed! I expect a consistent experience at Starbucks. At this location, the order taker got both my coffee AND food order wrong! This has NEVER happened to me before. She needs to be retrained to confirm order! 😖

Its a good, clean Starbucks, orders are right, and they get you in and out with good, friendly service.

Nice Starbucks. Made a pit stop here on the way across country. Got chai tea, tasted watered down with no flavor. Bathroom was a little dirty, urine left in the toilet from what looks like multiple people who didn’t flush

Best customer service ever!!!! I had a trailer too big to go through the drive through and the let me literally order through the window by foot all while making sure I was safe from other cars. It was totally extra on my part but I needed coffee for the road ahead to Georgia

Store advertises nitro cold brew all over the window. I have been coming here everyday for over a week and the location does not have the Nitro brew. Either order it on your truck or stop advertising it.

They got our drinks out super fast and correct - the baristas were all business not friendly so if youve become used to the Hello as you enter the front door not here.

We drive 45 minutes one way to this location four times a week. My friend always gets the same thing, a coffee frap with two expresso shots, venti, and almond milk. The drink was not made correctly. No offer was made to correct it. AND, the reaction we received was very rude, unhelpful and unapologetic. So, we drove around the drive thru once more, reordered and had to pay again for a new drink. Still, there was no apology, no attempt to correct the situation, nothing. I have called several times to encourage the manager to speak with the window attendant about her response to our concern to no avail.

The caramel frappe could have been blended a little better and a touch more caramel, but over all a pleasant experience. The store and womens bathroom was very clean and the staff was super nice.

First, you have to like Starbucks beverages. If you do, then this is a great store. I was greeted when I walked in the door and directed to the mobile pick up counter where my entire order was waiting for me. The lattes were brewed perfectly. Great experience.

Staff was disorganized and confused.. Took about 10 minutes to determine if they were allowed to fill a thermos (they arent). So I ordered a coffee. Waited around for it and finally ask if there was a problem. My coffee was ready, but had been placed at the opposite end of the counter from the big Pick up Order Here sign.

I would like clarity on the Starbucks policy for app orders and pick up. I placed my order paid for it but all doors are locked and now I sit in a long line waiting and have no idea if my coffee will be ready. Or cold. Or if they got my order.....no one answers the phone. Earlier I was near the 15th street location but ordering on app was unavailable. Frustrating but at least I could make a decision about if I wanted to sit in the line.I am completely understanding when it comes to the coronavirus and being short staffed at times especially around the holidays. But there seems to be no consistency. And the line is always long so surely Starbucks is weathering this storm. Do. Better.

The drive thru is always extra busy, but the workers inside dont panic when under siege. They work through it and give you what you ask for; something that is good to the taste buds.

The bill was good for what you get. Feeling here is similar to a place in Columbus I liked.

This is the best location that I have visited. With the exception of some employees, others are extremely friendly, nice, and they are extremely passionate. One of the shift managers is one of the nicest people that care about peoples experiences and how the staff does their jobs and treats the customers. If your drink is not right, they will happily make it over for you, and they will ensure that you are satisfied. I highly recommend this location if you are ever in need or want coffee/desserts. I personally have not tried their breakfast, but they offer breakfast foods, and I have heard good things about it.

My mom and I had went here earlier this morning to go get her a coffee since she was craving it. She was happy about coming to get a coffee here since she rarely drinks coffee and let alone comes to Starbucks. As we went to order her drink she asked the guy who works there to not put whip cream in her cappuccino. When she was handed her drink by another coworker she noticed that there was whip cream on it. She asked the lady that she asked for no whip but the lady said No, you asked for whip cream it wasnt on the ticket. My mom kept telling her that she asked for no whip and the lady kept saying the same thing about how it wasnt on the ticket. So, my mom finally showed her the ticket and the lady had said sorry for the misunderstanding and then the lady scooped out the whip cream with a spoon instead of making a new one. When she was scooping out the whip cream, coffee had got all over the cup. Instead of the worker wiping off the coffee. She just handed it to my mom and didnt say anything. The look on the ladys face seemed like she was annoyed and having a mean mugging look. Never in my life have I ever seen a face like that on a Starbucks worker face before. Ive been to so many Starbucks before and everybody has always been so friendly with me. Even though they do get busy they still seem to put a smile on their face. At this Starbucks, it was definitely different and I felt as if they were super disrespectful to my mom. I can see the look on my face as well, she was so upset. Earlier that morning she was so happy for wanting Starbucks. SO HAPPY. For that to happened to her was so unacceptable. Who evens hands someone their drink when its covered in coffee, dripping? Anyways after my mom had been upset she did talk to the manager. The manager was very nice and said that he was sorry and said he would give our money back. We simply said no and just asked for our drink. We definitely wont be coming back to this Starbucks again.

This morning I specifically asked for banana nut bread, citrus tea. My tea was fine. I didnt look in the bag when I got it because I trusted that it was what I asked for banana bread. I paid with my card and the cashier didnt offer my receipt nor did he give it to me. So when I got to my destination to eat it thats when I found out that they gave me something called a lemon which is absolutely to sweet. I am really disappointed ☹️ in the service here in Tuscaloosa.

This Starbucks is by far the BEST Starbucks Ive ever been to. Ive been a gold member since 2011 and this team (managed by Edward) is the nicest, fastest, most attentive team ever. We stop by about 3-4 mornings a week and the second we walk in, they already know our order and have it waiting when we get to the front of the line. He could do training on customer service. 5 stars isnt a high enough rating for this location. Kudos Starbucks.

If you’re a traveling along I-20, don’t bother stopping here. You’ll arrive to the store 15 minutes before close at 6:00PM, it’ll take the entire time for the staff to serve the four people in front of you, only to be told at your turn, at 5:59 PM, that they’re closed and cannot serve you. Absolutely ridiculous. Very, very disappointed.

Did a great job of getting our group in and out very quickly. Very close to campus. Clean restrooms, which is a definite plus.

Got a Caramel frappe when I attended. The caramel tasted a bit off, but other than that my experience was fairly good. The servers were exceptional!

Im a huge Starbucks kind of girl but todays visit was less than satisfying. I ordered a white chocolate peppermint mocha and received toasted caramel instead, the breakfast sandwich I ordered and paid for was sold out so had to substitute for a panini, which I threw away. The only pleasant part of my visit was the kindness of the workers, thats why it gets a 2 instead of a 1 star review.

Asad and Edwards were really polite, and helpfully. Awesome coffee & Banana Nut Bread today. I will be back plus they have a great sale on coffee cups, and different blends of teas, and of coffee.

The worst location I’ve ever been to. Constant drink mistakes, cold breakfast sandwiches, and they ask you to hold for a while before taking your drive through order. I’m pretty sure they have no idea what they’re doing at that location.
