You have one pharmacist here who is so hateful, condescending, and atrociously rude, that we are switching pharmacies after 12 years. She leaned over while chewing a fingernail and got an attitude because our meds had to be ordered and werent available yet. I had not been advised and had no idea; which is not MY error. There is no excuse for how she has treated me on now multiple occasions. None. I dont know what her problem is, but being snotty to people who are sick or picking up medication for a child is never okay.

Have never had a positive experience at CVS Pharmacy. Have gone by 3 times waiting on a prescription to be filled. Said every time, be ready in 30 min, be ready in 15 min. Walgreens will forever be preferred. Absolutely ridiculous.

Pharmacy hung up on me after a 20 minute hold. I call back and hold now holding for 25 minutes and counting. Im here only cause of my insurance, I sure do miss WALGREENS!

Awful place! Super slow and the attitudes are enough to make a saint loose it ! Seems to be very shorthanded all the time, I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been in and out in less than 30 min !!

I go here infrequently but definitely prefer it over the Walgreens, the staff is friendlier when they have enough people working, but it seems they are usually short handed. The redbox out side is definitely a plus!

Hands down best & most convenient pharmacy in town.

Marica is a bad cashier I don’t like her attitude & she act like she have to drop people change in their hand & I find that very rude.

Do yourself a favor and go to the Walgreens right across the street from this CVS Pharmacy. They are terribly slow in filling prescriptions, which I could almost forgive, but their customer service is just awful. Any interaction you have with the staff, no matter how mundane, such as paying for a prescription, is met with a put out attitude. Heaven help you if you actually have to ask a question. The staff/pharmacist is unwilling to take any steps to get you the information you need. Contact with physicians/health care providers that is routine with many pharmacies is out of the question for this staff. This disregard for basic customer care seems limited to this particular CVS, I have started having my prescriptions filled at another CVS in town due to the aggravation of this place, and it has been a much better experience.

The pharmacy has a lady name Ashley very helpful and cares about the customer needs.I had a prescription filled there she found my insurance company the order was filled with no problems. Thanks Ashley you made me fill like CVS wanted my business.

I have been trying to get in contact with the pharmacy for the past few hours. I have called several times and have been on hold for over an hour total.

They won’t answer the phone

Dropped card off to run insurance at 6:00 on a Monday evening they saying it will be ready next day when I got off at 5 still wasnt ready. Still had to wait 30 minutes this is not the first time.

They are snail slow at the pharmacy drive-thru. Usually a line of four to five people and tonight people were getting out of line. Shouldn’t take so long.
