Bought a super cute shirt. Waited forever for it. Finally called them to ask why it didn’t ship yet, they said they ran out of the size I ordered and offered to give me a larger size or refund. Not what I ordered but ok fine. Kinda bothered nobody called me and told me earlier. If I hadn’t of called and asked what was going on I doubt I would’ve gotten it. Shirt comes, really cute. Wash it one time and the design is all cracked. Super cute stuff but Bad quality and customer service 👎

Recently contacted Swag through email to ask some questions about customizing a bid day package. Was contacted shortly after and told the person who handled it was out, but she would contact me the next day. She did and went back and forth multiple times, helping me customize a package and then eventually putting it together and sending me a link to pay online. She was bubbly, personable, professional and went above and beyond! This was in stark contrast to another store in town, who was slow to react, patronizing about my request and unwilling to guarantee a customized package would be delivered on time-even though it was paid for up front. Huge shout out to Kalin who was a dream to work with!

Laura Beth and her team were fantastic to work with. Her artists were very detailed in their pieces and took pride in their work. They also had a very quick turnaround and I rarely needed to edit anything (only made edits for my preference). Her prices were great and everything from my save the dates, programs and invitations were gorgeous. People were calling me to tell me how beautiful my invitations were. SWAG also helped me design some fun koozies for the wedding and they were precious and so creative! I would definitely recommend SWAG for any and all invitations and gifts.

The shirts we finally got from the school were nice but I ordered a shirt directly from their website and 2 months went by and I never got it. I called and requested a refund, there was no apology, they didnt try to make it right, just ok heres your refund.....bye. I wont be buying the shirts that the school has made here again.

High prices for average work. Make sure you get the final order price in writing as the verbally agreed upon price unexpectedly increases. A basic color T-shirt with two words on the front and a number on the back was roughly $16 apiece.
