Ive dealt with Ms. Sheila for many years. Shes a great person and very helpful. Donna is sweet and very helpful, as well. Both ladies tag teamed to get what my husband and I neeed done. These ladies are top notch when it comes to customer care and satisfaction!

Great service everyone is was really nice

Ive never had a bad experience while shopping at Kays Jewelers University mall in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Thanks to the store manager (Mrs. Sheila). She is the ultimate professional, very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to do business with!

Our experience was less than amusing. Dwayne was a delight working with us originally, although Sheila the store manager is condescending and manipulative. Will be traveling out of town for any regular maintenance or future purchases to a different Kay jewelers location, if at all.

Mrs. Shelia takes pride in what she does. Her service and care for customers is phenomenal!

I came today to look at watches and I mentioned to my friend that I was wearing a Michael Kors watch on and the sales person named Dion decides to say out loud that my watch is from Walmart and really made me feel that if I didnt buy the watch he had that I was nothing.

My shopping experience was great l got just what I wanted and my payment was what I wanted after all the discounts

The Staff here are great and made our engagement and wedding set shopping a breeze! The only store we ever shop for jewelry in any state we live.

You should be able to navigate the website without dealing with all of their ads and BS. Just trying to get an idea of their inventory. My idea dont bother with the store.

Took my wifes rings to get resized. Waited 2 months before I got them back and could not get in touch with anyone. When I got them back,my wife still can not wear them.

Also had a terrible experience. Not worth the price, not worth the time, and they will LIE to you to get you to buy from here. Bought an engagement ring from here, paid half up front, said that I would pay the other half when I get back into the country (just in case she declined the proposal). Well, when I got back and paid it off, they had already sent a mispayment to my credit history and LIED AGAIN, saying that they would erase it from there. They put me down for a payment plan, of which I didnt want, because I WAS OUTSIDE OF THE COUNTRY. If I pay half, and say Im going to pay the other half in three months, thats what Im going to do.Any business that promotes this kind of lying deserves to shut down.

I have brought about several things from Kays jewelry and I hope that my husband going there for Christmas
