I had heard great things about this place, but I was greatly disappointed! Maybe the product had been picked over or no new product was delivered? On the clothes available, was a discounted price. Signs for pricing was confusing, and others there shopping said the same thing. The only area of store that was organized and looked appealing, was the active wear clothes. I understand the bins for bras and underwear, but it was hard to tell what was suppose to be in the bins. The home good area was awful.No plan or reason, just items thrown into shelves! Plus: some items cost was lower then marked, once arriving to check out. Some bins in other areas of store were better organized ( just not up front for first impression). Employees were polite and helpful!

Me and my kids went in yes I had on a jacket because Im anemic. They had 2 cashiers and a manager watch me and my kids at the costumes because I had on a coat and they may have thought I was stealing. I know its hot outside but no matter what store I go in I always take my coat because I get cold easily. I called the store to speak with the manager that stood outside until I left. She hung up in my face. Will never shop there again.

What I can say about this place? Really dirty but not cheap..I destroyed because a lot of clothes don’t have a price, I was ready to buy it ..but where the workers to ask a price? I can’t say what this store bad..but there is insane mess. Don’t have a point to waist your time here if you work or have child’s ...and 100% you will came out nothing to buy. This place make you exhausted 😩.... most things are dirty or broken .. looks like a big garbage can in some places!!!

I dont mind treasure hunting when I know what I am looking for. This trip didnt yield much. I picked up a night gown and got to the register and it was $19.00. Nope. Cant do it. Mostly all the items were full price this trip. My last trip before this one was much better.

If you arent looking for anything in particular, in the mood to dig through a lot of random stuff, and have time to check items to make sure they work and be sure pieces arent missing, then you should be able to find some great deals. Their inventory is returns, overstocks and liquidation items so it changes often. Easy to spend more than youd planned on things you had no idea you needed. If you enjoy clearance racks and treasure hunting, this is a good place for it.

Lot of choices, low prices. Might have just what you need. Today I saw lots and lots of Halloween items.

I love shopping here because of the prices but the place need a more friendly staff.

It is a large location and we had found great deals a year ago. However this time around the place wasnt messy but nothing was organized. They have so much stuff at 90% that there are so many older items mixed in but their tags have been pulled out of the system. Then the staff just defaults to the original tag price or maybe 40% off its a high dollar item. It takes 30-45 minutes to check out with a modest basket because the cashier has to manually input all the old tags. Most people dont keep half the stuff they bring up to the register because its running up differently then what the signs say. One item I wanted came from a aisle of 90% items that mostly matched to the sign posted but decided to take a photo of just in case. The tag didnt ring up and the cashier just defaults to the full tag price. I told her they had a full item with this tag number that had matching signage at 90% and showed her the photo. She honored it, but they are wasting so much manpower by not maintaining their tag system. They have a lot of people on staff but when they have to manually input all the old tags, default to MSRP when its so old and pulled out of the system, put it back on the shelf when the customer doesnt want to pay full retail for leftover returns that was proposal 90-95% off a couple months ago, its an endless cycle of wasting everyones time. This store is full of 90% off junk they cant sell because they arent willing to look up the last known discount that tag was out before being pulled out of the system. Other stores so it this way but this one refuses to.

Okay, so imagine walking into the store and you dont know what you want and theres also no way to find what you might want or need. You might be able to find a piece of the thing youre looking for but not the whole thing. On the positive side that broken piece that you found would be at a discount, so instead of $10 you can get something broken for $2. Its like Ikea but everybody quit the day before.

Dirt Cheap has a whole new look. Everything is organized and now they have an even bigger shoe selection. I went in for some outdoor furniture and found exactly what I wanted. The manager and a worker were so nice to me. I asked to open a box up to see the product and they said, how else will you verify all the part are there. I got 2 perfect condition accent chairs and a small table. Everything would have cost me over $400 at target but I only paid $129 for everything.

Needs better organization. Its so time consuming looking through stuff piled everywhere.

Fun thifty kind of shopping. You may or may not find the deal of your lifetime. I did find a great actual wedding dress for $1 there, so it is definitely worth a look. Seems like you will have to wait in line forever to just buy your $1 hat or whatever. I actually walked out last time because the 1 cashier was talking way too long. Youve been officially warned. After visiting again..... Waaaay lower review. Even at 90 percent off... The merchandise has paint stains and is like more than retail price. Never would I buy a 15 dollar pillow....... With OBVIOUS paint across the entire front. And that detail is consistent with what I draw throughout the store. Hardly any selection for most categories. Dont waste your time or energy here. They also dont have safety dividers or anything. They dont sanitize a single thing. They are rude. Unfriendly. And in the covid dept....... Absolutely lacking on safety and sanitary conditions.I would give it 5 stars..... But I do agree with everyone about it being so messy it is overwhelming. I have extreme social anxiety and when I go here.... I KNOW I have to dealwith at least 20 ppl before i ecen checkout. It is a huge trip for me. If you feel odd being around a lot of ppl searching beside you in a bin...Dont go here. If you dont mind or notice folks around you.... The. You could spend all day here finding deals. Man, this place is a disaster. Absolutely nothing is organized, the entire store is in a complete tohuwabohu disarray. Finding clothes is a feat equal to the search for original Gospel manuscripts. There are 6 registers and it is a miracle if two are open. The cashiers are so slow you better be prepared to fossilize in the line. If you know exactly what youre looking for, it could still take hours. None of the outlets in the testing area work, so you cant even test appliances or electronics before you buy them. But with the items as cheap as they are, Ill definitely come back, but Ive got to prepare myself with fasting, prayer, and a dispensation from my priest.

Like the store. It is messy so digging into bins is essential if you enjoy looking at misc items. Baby items, puzzles, clothes real cheap and shoes for everyone.

We had never been to a Dirt Cheap store until today, and it will be our last. It did not take us long to walk right back out. Dirt Cheap is a hot mess of a JUNK store.Returns from every store under the sun...you dont know if something in a box is damaged or just a return. Tag prices are very HIGH, with a discount card in the shelf with a % off, still making that item expensive. It is very confusing on trying to figure out the real price.Sorry....2 👎👎down.

This store has any and everything you may need for your home and personal needs. Everything is bargain priced. Only minor disappointment for me is that the stores organization of their products could be better.

This place is an abject wreck. It used to have some semblance of organization, but it is now just a mess of clothes on racks with no sizes, no separation of mens, womens or childrens. Pants are in dresses, long sleeves are in shorts, etc, etc. You need to spend hours looking for something. All the shelved items are a wreck, too. Impossible to find anything. I could whip that place into shape in a week, but obviously the management could care less. They do follow hygienic compliance...or at least make an attempt to. Prices have gone up since last year. Good luck!

Organized pretty well, given that it seems they constantly get shipments. Definitely be prepared to spend a bit of time hunting, but the really reduced items are great deals.Getting the app makes pricing so much easier! Just scan the code to get the current price. Perfect if you arent sure what section the item came from.

Ok, you have to go with the right frame of mind, and probably good to go with a loose shopping list. Go when you have time to roam and pick through stuff. ALWAYS check the electric stuff in the outlets on the back wall before purchasing. There are some great deals to be had. Seriously. $6 hairdryer $15 microwave .70 cents for a golf glove. And they were all unused! And check out the extra military discount.

They do have amazing deals and I was completely shocked at some of the items that I found however you guys really need to fix your pricing information because nothing has the price on it or it is always in the wrong place it took me much extra time to constantly have to ask a worker to scan an item so that I knew the price other than that they do have a great selection of clothing accessories its basically a clearance Walmart with no pricing on their items

The prices here are really good although sometimes a little confusing. Most of the clothes I find are in extremely good shape although Ive spotted some in bad condition. My main complaint is its not organized at all. They claim the sizes are in order but its not and going down other aisles it looks like stuff is just put on the shelves with no order at all. Check out is pretty quick and cashiers are friendly or always have been with me. If it was cleaner and more organized I would give 5 stars.

I came here and walked around looking at everything and I would say more than half of what I looked at was broken, if you ask for help sometimes you get good help but rarely, usually you get attitude and no actual help. HOWEVER they have great deals if you can take the time to search Ive gotten shoes that were worth 250 dollars for 20 dollars and a leather jacket worth 300 dollars used for 30 dollars so it can be worth the search if your up for it.

A place to save your money. I compared everything cheaper than regular price. As a textile engineer, I found lots of apparel and clothing of good quality at very nominal prices. Sometimes, its difficult to find correct sizes of chosen colors or designs. Thay have also trial rooms to find correct items for you.

Lots of discounts stuff. But it wasnt in any kind of order. They had no empty buggies for customers, they had restock in the majority of them. If your going in to look for one thing it will take you a while. If you like thrift store style shopping, then this is the right store
