Be aware BEFORE you pay a down payment and agree to purchase from them. You WILL be waiting for YEARS! And... the quoted price WILL GO UP by the time they get around to building your smoker/cooker simply because the price of raw materials increases over years. Agreed, they ARE the elite premium builder, no doubt. The quality is top drawer. This is well known. The problem is that they DO NOT let you know UP FRONT that you will will be waiting two to three years for your build and the quoted price is NOT accurate.

Paul did an excellent job on my smoker. I have smoked several briskets and dozens of ribs. Service is top notch.

Amazing smoker. Deal with Tyler if you can. His dad can fly off the handle. But the craftsmanship and smoker design is second to none. My smoker has raised more money for charity than it cost to build.

Tyler and his crew created a beautiful and excellent custom cooker that will last me forever! This rig maintains temps incredibly and Ive got room to share, I cant wait to do my first whole hog in her. the 24x65 main chamber was ordered for that purpose. Im just a backyard cook, but this cooker will UIP my cooking game. The Communication and Customer service is awesome and their QUALITY is 2nd to None! Best place to get a custom smoker made

I absolutely love my Shirley Fabrication cooker. They are a great bunch of guys that love what they do and they provide a superior product! Iva had my cooker for three years now and have cooked for myself, family, and placed in KCBS competitions using it!
