Great experience! I was lost trying to find a hat for my brothers birthday and Mario went above and beyond to help me, he did a great job with the embroidery. He told me about the glow and the dark embroidery so we did that and my brother absolutely loved it. I will definitely be returning here in the future for any more hat needs!

Mario and his crew at lids hooked me up. Very knowledgeable. If you need a dope hat and want a design on it that no one else will have I recommend going to see Mario. Absolutely crushes it.

I went into the store just to browse and see if anything struck my fancy when a young fellow by the name of Mario suggested a baseball cap that would help contain my long hair on windy days. I enjoyed the service so much I had it embroidered with the phrase “The Dude Abides” I still wear this cap today even when the wind doesn’t blow I think of the young fellow Mario and his exceptional customer service.

Mario was suuuuper helpful with everything I asked of him and was a good conversationalist. My hat came out perfect and will definitely be back again and will send my friends to this store, absolutely tremendous customer service and I was not expecting it.

The people were nice and helpful but the internet was messing up so we couldnt cash out. It took a long time to reconnect.

Mario was very rude to me and my family when we entered the store. He made rude remarks and acted as if it was a bother to him to service us. I paid for my hat but he wouldn’t customize it. When I pick up the hat that I purchased for my child, my complaint will be voiced. His behavior was unacceptable. I won’t be making any more purchases here.

My hubby loves this store! He is a hat fanatic and always, did I say always, buys at least 2 hats when we go here. They have hats, hats and more hats!

The Hat shack has the Best lineup of Sports hat youd ever want...Bought a few recently and paid less than 60 dollars for both...all kinds of colors..designs...will continue shopping with them
