So a pandemic happened and wouldnt you know it my 15 year old washing machine decides it wants to join in on the fun. But rather than risk exposure I simply called in the order. I knew what I wanted and Haleigh from appliances was super nice and very helpful. She handled everything over the phone and even helped me save a ton of money. Didnt even have to leave the comfort of my home (read: pajamas) while still getting all my questions answered by an actual honest to goodness human. Then the day before delivery she called again just to make sure everything was okay and ready to go. Who says customer service is dead?
