Not very professional but this is where my insurance made me go for my windshield. They didnt calibrate the windshield correctly, didnt bother to test drive the car! My safety features didnt work at all. After speaking to a manager she offered to have me take the car to an actual dealer and they paid for the work to be done properly. She actually acknowledged that there were more than one ways to calibrate the car and wanted to come to my house and see if they could figure it out at my home? Why didnt you figure it out before you finished the car? Why dont they actually test drive the vehicle? Oh, because a computer told them it should be fine. Unbelievable.

Professional, excellent service. Courteous notification prior to arrival & on time. Thorough instructions after install for prior to driving with newly replaced windshield. Windshield, so far so good.

What I actually want to do is give these crooks NO STARS.Im speaking directly to the company here:You replaced our broken windshield with a KNOCK OFF.It cracked only a couple months after you installed it.When we called to complain saying we have a warranty FROM YOU, you said it was not acceptable.Im not letting this go. Its not about the $250 we paid for a knock off. Its about the fact that you are CHEATING PEOPLE.THEY ARENT SUPPOSED TO CRACK A FEW MONTHS AFTER INSTALLING. and you are supposed to HONOR YOUR WARRANTY.Now for the good people who are looking for real reviews for these CHEATS. STAY AWAY from this company if you dont want to be taken for a horrible ride. The company we are using now to get this knock off replaced showed us how they are installing an original Honda windshield for the SAME deductible ($250) and told us we would have had problems giving this car back with the one OC Glass Craft installed anyway.

DONT GO HERE!! Its a scam. I had two minor chips in the windshield. It should have been no big deal. They quoted the price - I signed the waiver. The problem is that the chips are still visible. I complained. The girl at the counter tried to explain that they seal the chips, yes they will still be visible but they are not supposed to spread. WHAT??? I have had chips fixed previously with other cars, you should never be able to see them after the repair. The tech said he tried, but it didnt quite work - but I could apply the amount towards a new windshield. I dont want nor should I have needed a new windshield. I asked why they didnt bring me over as the work was being done (or NOT done) .The tech at that point asked if I read and signed the waiver - - He then said, well then you understood the risks and there is nothing he could do and walked away.HORRIBLE - HORRIBLE - HORRIBLE customer service. Again, its a SCAM so they can sell you a new windshield.

Had a great experience with OC Glass. After being referred to OC Glass Craft by my insurance agent, Shawna set up a quick three-way call with state farm to get the claim approved. After it was approved we scheduled for them to come out to my work the very next morning.Rudy came on time and replaced my windshield in less than 45 minutes.
