Wow!! This Target carries Kendall Farms flowers and they are now in a refrigerated cooler!!! Kendall Farms is a family owned farm in Fallbrook, CA. The bouquets and mason jar bouquets are so fresh and beautiful. Such a great value for the plentiful bouquets. GORGEOUS!!

So many stores these days have staff that need so much more training to deal with customers, however, I must say that I was impressed with the assistance I received while shopping at this Target location. His name was Michael and I think he was one of the managers; so helpful and courteous.

It was quick and easy. I loved it!

Their Starbucks is amazing. Special shout-out to Amairany she handled a long line with what sounded like a bunch of complex orders and her demeanor and customer service was out of this world.Shes amazing!

How this store needs to get some appreciation of hard working employees. The store is always stocked and clean. The employees always notice my 3 children and make us honestly feel like we are at home. Its such a relief to know they are just such understanding workers on your deck, thank you guys much. This is one of the best targets I have seen, nice design in a well decorated plaza just about everything you need one stop shop. I can’t say that I have seen which wich sandwich place inside target except this one there’s also Starbucks.

Let’s face it no one goes below 4 stars. This Target is great. It’s what Targets are made of. Red carts. Semi-not-so-friendly staff. 90% stocked shelves. Clean...sort of. Every single target always has an overflowing garbage outside. Seriously every single one. Besides Amazon, Target is probably the biggest booming retail store since the pandemic.

I recently called customer service 3 times today on the phone and they didnt answer. I understand this is a busy time of the year but I waited until my phone had to quit the phone call because no one answered. I go to this store time to time and its a good store, however, experience through the phone is very underwhelming. I hope this can be resolved.December, 6, 2020

One of the larger Target stores Ive discovered. I never take long to find what Im looking for here as this store is plenty clean and well-organized. Self-checkout has been expanded with more lines that always move fast with help easily available and cleaning of the self-checkout stations after each use during the pandemic. Reliable bike racks of a design I havent seen elsewhere are right out front of this store.Customer Service counter right inside the entrance has been remodeled as of July 2021 and its a lot more wide-open to allow for distancing while its still encouraged.

Targe has been a leader in dept. store Covid-19 etiquite. They seemed to have their Covid-19 Protocol Act together before any other stores did as far as Im concerned. They had their employees trained properly, they were informed and I have to say I was very very impressed. They also were the 1st store to actually have inventory of anti-bacterial hand wipes for the 1st customers in the morning.The only thing I could suggest is that they should have added disabled people to the list of early entry, thank you for letting the Seniors in early, that was wonderful!!However, lets not forget the disabled♿and they quickly adjusted, even got the riders for us. Target always has a great selections of Brands and always at competitive prices. The stores are always so well organized and employees are generally very helpful. I have not had any bad experiences. I do recommend checking the prices during check out especially for the sale items, many times the systems are not updated.

Good location. Usually has all the items I am looking for. I like the self checkout option at this location.This location can become pretty crowded but the parking lot is huge so it is easy to find a parking space.There is also a Which Which inside the Target, my favorite sandwich place!We will be back again soon!

Ive always had a great experience here at Target, particularly the Target located at the District (Tustin). I find the store always well stocked, clean and friendly staff. I always find seasonal gems and I always have a positive experience. Check out time is always fast and efficient even during peak hours, an employee is always directing traffic and they are very aware when it gets busy to open another register.

Quality of the products and availability

I know it borders to Tustin technically but this is my favorite target around Irvine. The others have more limiting selections or because of being high traffic areas run out of things often.

Ok so this is the Target of my choice I love this target no problems well stocked and clean.......... but today hubby and I went in there and instantly got hot flashes and dizzy spells we are in our 20s so that’s definitely not normal so I’m not sure what y’all have done differently but please fix it!!

LOVE the convenience and curbside pickup. If I need an item FAST before amazon can deliver I can use curbside pickup while on the go with kids. Was SUPER fast and convenient.

I was able to walk in, find and select an item in each of two different departments, pay at an employee-operated checkout and get back in my car in 10 to 15 minutes, which would never ever occur at - I wont use their name, but it rhymes with Mall-Wart, where thats the minimum length of of the wait in the self checkout line - there never seems to be any manned checkouts open. (I BOUGHT A SUITCASE AND SOME SANDALS, BUT I DIDNT TRY ON THE SANDALS AND I PAID IN THE ELECTRONICS DEPARTMENT)

I was wrongly informed by the cashier how to use my gift card. He didnt know if I was able to use my Target gift card to purchase some items and a Starbucks gift card. He scanned my cartwheel and everything was charged to my target card. He then said I had to go to guest services for a refund. I went over there, waited in line, just to be told there are no refunds for gift cards. I would have never tried to buy one if I was told correctly by the cashier I couldnt do that. The cashier at guest services was so rude about it and didnt offer to give me any other options. He completely just brushed it off like I didnt matter. I was so unhappy and uncomfortable how everything happened. Before I was helped another customer was also being brushed off because an order was not available even though she received an email the order was ready for pick up. Overall the staff at this location is unfriendly and unwelcoming.

Love the decor outside. Inside is nice as well. The Starbucks is quite comfy. The reception inside further is horrible for any phone. SO its definitely difficult to venture by yourself if you are with family members. Make sure to tell your folks to set a meeting time and place, just to avoid going to customer service to page you. A lot of different stuff. I always go to the $1 or value shelves in front of the entrance. There are things that you would not dream of that would be there. Love it! Parking is very nice. A/C is so.so. I have been here once or twice. Today was such a day. Nothing special about this target.

A big Target with a nice clothing selection. It’s in a busy shopping center so traffic can be busy, but the parking lot is big and easy to navigate. I had a return and the process was quick and painless.

Its too bad there isn’t an option for zero stars. Their “Tech” department is a joke. They are incompetent and have no idea how to speak to customers in a respectful manner. Rubi Herrera with the Purple hair who seemed to be the more senior employee was rude from the minute I walked up to the counter, and severely lacks in people skills. I am not one to leave bad reviews; however, this employee’s behavior was unacceptable. She preceded to give a sarcastic and insincere, “have a nice day” when I was leaving. Absolutely no manners. She and the other employees in this department need a more mature person in charge who can provide training.

I order Halloween costumes online. It said it will be ready with in 2 hours. I had waited for 24 hours but didnt get any notifications from this store. I continue to wait for another day but hear nothing from them. I made couple phone calls to the customer service desk to check on my order but no body answer my phone call. This is a horrible experience when I ordered at Target Online. Will never recommend order Target online.

I love shopping here. my only complaint is that I made a baby registry and I havent received the baby gift basket. Its been at least 3 weeks since I made one and I havent gotten one. 😐

The Tustin store I visit at the District is always clean and the clothes are always well organized. I love that its kept tidy because it makes it easier to shop and find what I need.

Dont go there for cell phone related needs. The cell phone department of this Target store is absolutely clueless. Even after placing phone calls to their managers, they still didnt know how plans and rebates work. So you are much better off walking accross the street to the carriers store (at&t and verizon) and get things take care of there.

We came here because my friend needed some nursing tanks and I needed some cheap dress clothes.We had an hour to kill before our next engagement and since we both needed things and this was close to where we were going, it was kinda perfect.This Target is huge and away from some of the craziness that is The District. Theres plenty of parking and we were able to find what we needed in the time frame we had. The clothes werent exactly cheap but the quality was pretty good - just what I needed to get the job done for about a month or so. All in all, not bad for what I wanted and needed.

I like this store, but parking in this shopping center is a nightmare on weekends. I only go to this store at night, when the parking lot is more manageable. On the bright side, this shopping center is in a good neighborhood, so it never feels unsafe at night.

The person who helped us was very high spirited. He made people calm down from the hustling and bustling from the Holiday frenzy.

Target is a discount department store chain. They have most everything a traditional department store would have, but not very much that is made in the USA.

This target is pretty busy generally thanks to its location. Even so, its pretty easy to navigate through the store. We found some nice things, but no real good bargains. Checkout was a bit slow but nothing that bad.I liked that it had a which wich inside.

The most OUT OF STOCK target store in the USA.

The Carolines Cart is broken and the manager said there is nothing they can do about it. I guess kiddos with disabilities dont mayter at this Target.

I go to various Targets about 40-50 times a year. This Target is the worst I have ever been to. I had 14 things on my list and they were out of 8 of them. It is pathetically-stocked and they had 1 checker with 7 people in line. It took me 20 minutes to get through the line. I am done with the Tustin Target.

Target pick up was fast and easy. They alert you when your package is ready for pick up.

Its hard to beat Target, and this is one of the better ones in the area. It can be a little crowded at checkout though... I might suggest adding self-checkout registers.

WOW. Let’s discuss the abismal service on this trip. My order that was supposed to be ready in two hours, when I went to pick it up five hours later was still not ready. I waited an hour in store for the items to be ready. It isnt even the holiday season yet. Stick to Huntington Beach East for pick up orders. This place is a mess.

Good selection of merchandise for sale. Prices are fare, layed out well by department. The only negative sad to say, was our cashier who needs a lesson in bagging items. She seemed bothered by being there, ( welcome to the real world ) Ill let it go since she was trying.
