Got there at 6:55 pm and doors was already closed, even if sign shows 7 p.m. as closing time, girl inside only signaled as close.

Medium-sized beauty supply store with an okay selection of hair coloring, hair styling equipment, and shampoo, conditioner and hair treatments. like any other Sallys, there are plenty of professional items though folks looking for things for themselves will find what they need too. They also have a small selection of manicure pedicure supplies and nail polish. Staff are really nice here.

They have most of the things you need but not the options. I.e they have developer but not 60 or 70 which I wanted. I can get it from almost all beauty supply stores in NYC. Its an adjustment. Great employees, wish someone knew about coloring for black people even though none of them were black. Sometime people know.

First time going to this location and the customer service was great! The store itself was very clean and well organized.

I used to frequent here because it is down the street from my house; however, the past few times Ive gone I havent had fantastic experiences. In the past, Ive never been offered help and had barely been greeted/acknowledged by anyone working there, tho that wasnt what did me in. The last time I went here i showed up 10 mins til opening (8:50- open at 9am on a weekday) and waited til about 9:25 and no one had opened yet. I tried calling their store and no answer. I finally left. I ended up driving to the location in Irvine (near the walmart on Von Karamen) and the girl there was VERY HELPFUL. She helped me find the right toner and we looked at color charts together, etc. I finally got the real Sallys customer service I had been denied at the Tustin location all along! I do LOVE Sallys so they still get a solid 3 stars- just bc their products are amazing!

Theyre not carrying as much inventory as they used to. I wont be surprised if they close their doors soon.

The manger gave great customer service .....good job... thats why I shop at this store
