Huge selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff. There might have been only one time I wanted something that they didn’t have, and it wasn’t available at any other Total Wine in OC anyway. My latest purchase that I loved was the Elysian Pumpkin Pack! Delicious, I had to go and get a second one before they’re gone for the season.

Ordered online for curbside pick up and they were great. I didnt have to wait very long before they brought out my stuff. When I tried curbside pickup at BevMo, no one ever came out and I ended up having to go inside to pick up my order.

Wonderful selection of quality wines and very charming owners. We recently visited this wine shop, based on customers reviews and were not disappointed at all. We had a lovely visit with the owners son who let us sample several of his lesser-known but high-quality wines. We found some great wines that we would never have tried without his expertise and guidance. We highly recommend this place to everyone!

A large selection. The first person was not helpful at all while we were looking for a sour beer. The next person was very helpful and we located what we were looking for and bought others as well.

This is one of my husbands favorite stores! We live in north San Diego County and he comes here every time he is in Orange County. It was my first time in and the manager (I believe) named Ken, must have noticed that and walked over to us and welcomed us and told us about their app and the additional savings we could get (I absolutely love it when managers/employees do this). My husband is a level 2 sommelier and does not need help picking out wines but Im sure that with their level of attentiveness they (or Ken) can definitely help you out!! The store is immaculate and the shelves are stocked!

Reasonable price and great (craft beer) selection!

This was not my first visit to this beautiful place. Every time I visit, I have the same experience! I had a wonderful meal with a bunch of friends, all of whom enjoyed their food. The staff was extremely pleasant and very helpful. I loved the wine selection and appreciated the staffs knowledge to help us choose a wine. I will definitely return again soon!

They provide wine bottles with a paper bag. Its truly helpful for party souvenirs. This wine shop got all my favorite wines. I couldnt ask for more! Week threee of the beer fridge being down with no repairs being done. Also no signage out in front letting customers know the fridge is down and there is no cold beer. This was my third time coming in three weeks as well. Just lost a customer to bevmo.

I came on a Saturday night for an impromptu wine tasting. The wines were extremely delectable. The guards were extremely knowledgeable about various wine styles. Im enamored with their large, lovely store. They also have a big wine selection. There was also the creator, who was a very nice guy.

I love total wine! Toral wine is about the customer! All the other Beverage stores are not! Keep up the great customer service! I do have a question though, please tell me what you base your drink calculator on? I have a mobile bar business and I do 6 parties, weddings, corporate events, etc every week. And I have to tell you, when alcohol is being served, all your wine drinkers drink spirits! Ive had my business now for going on 4 years and I love using your calculator on spirits and beer. But wine, its so far off. Just based on the past 6 months 100 different type of events throughout Orange county, LA County, San Bernadino and San Diego counties, my bartenders Nd myself probably have only opened 20 bottles or less. I came into the store looking for Deep Eddys Vodka, which I had never heard of before, and I had no idea where to look. Thankfully Stacy asked me if I needed any help and she showed me what I was looking for. She was very polite and friendly, and she even gave me a few recommendations of her own! Total Wine is conveniently located in Tustin Market Place with plenty of parking. Walking into the store, I was impressed at how well organized the wines and spirits were in very clean aisles. The staff at Total Wine was very helpful and friendly. I was looking for a Japanese Plum Wine. They showed me where the liqueur was located and provided good insight and recommendations regarding a couple different brands.The prices of the products were very competitive and the selection was excellent. Ill definitely return when Im ready to make more beverage purchases.

We spent our second anniversary here last month. The experience was simply the best. From their accommodating usherette to the elegant place and their best tasting wine, everything was amazing! We love it here. The romantic place, their beautiful and serenading music, makes every moment special. Again, thank you so much!

I can reasonably tell you that this wine shop was the most esthetic winery! The feeling is magical, much like the wine range. We enjoyed being here watching the world go by and enjoying wine. I encourage you to spend some time in this area, its all fantastic. Were certainly coming back!

Came in to buy my friend a bottle of Dom Per for his engagement, ended up having to say what I wanted like 5 times before the sleazy sales guy gave up on trying to up sale me. After that he yelled across the store to get the register person to help me instead of apparently dirtying his hands with it?Probably a good place for a some cheap booze but dont come here if you dont want to have to insist on what you want over and over then be condescended to by some failed dried up used car salesman.

I am 18 years old and I came into the store with my 21-year-old cousin and when we got to the cash register. The lady asked to see IDs, but since I was 18 they were unable to sell it to us, but on their door or anywhere it does not say anything about selling to people who have 18-year-olds with them. It was just a gift for Mother’s Day.

Be warned.I was out shopping with my sister and we were going to pick up some beer for my dads birthday. I am not 21 but my sister is over and Ive been into places like bevmo with no problem so I thought this would be fine too. However when we got to the front of the line they wanted to see my Id too even tho I wasnt buying anything. They then proceeded to tell us we couldnt get anything even tho my sister was the one buying it and I was just standing there. They then proceeded to not be nice about it and ask us to leave and said that you have to be over 21 to even enter the store. However there is only a small sign off to the side where no one would look. Otherwise the employees I talked to to ask where things were located were very pleasant.

Total Wine is the best. Better prices and selection than Bevmo. On my last visit to the Tustin/Irvine store I picked up both Pliny the Elder and Dogfish Head 120 Minute - - on the same trip! They have a great selection of scotch and bourbon and Japanese whiskeys, plus lots of cheap liquors and interesting mixers. They also have the best price on Buzz Ballz ($2.99), although theyre not kept cold. Common liquors like Malibu are cheaper at Target by a buck or so. But Total Wine does carry Malibu Black, which Target doesnt. The selection 9f craft beers is great, although the selection of European pilsner and lagers has gone downhill a little. Last time I couldnt find 12ers of Pilsner Urquell or Moretti. But I did find them in 6 packs.

This store offers local craft brews that are difficult to find elsewhere.

Went into the store considering im 24 years of age. Went to buy mini shot bottles for my bday party. I spoke with the MANAGER ANDREW, and told me i couldnt buy My alcohol because my cousin came with me who is 3 days from turning 21.... I was the one to buy the alcohol for MYSELF. The attitude he had was so rude! And not just to me but to my cousin.... worst experience i’ve ever had in my 4 years of being a legal drinker.
