At age 72 had to have ears re-pierced. This place is awesome, and Stephanie is wonderful! She explained exactly where she was going to pierce, and why. Clean, quick, and easy.

Super friendly and definitely had good sanitization practices. Was very detailed in exactly how the piercing would be done (I got one ear lobe piercing on each side, my first piercings), and the piercing itself was probably as seamless as having a needle poked through you could be, it felt like getting a the flu vaccine. I felt extremely lightheaded, probably on the verge of fainting right after, which is a normal reaction, but was accommodated well, as they gave me soda to get my blood sugar back up. I probably couldve avoided this had I eaten and hydrated closer to my appointment. The experience was great and if I were to get piercings ever again, or a tattoo, this would be the place Id go!

Great people who dedicated themselves to my tattoo. Brian Wall did an amazing job memorializing my lovely pets. Better rates than other places and easy to socialize with the crew.

GREAT SHOP AND SERVICE! Love the people here. Friendly environment, staff, they have no issues making conversations or helping you with what you need. So far I have gotten two tattoos of my current 4 (and many more to come!), and both times were great experiences and have kept me coming back. I go to the same guy (who I HIGHLY recommend— his name is Brian W.), and I even live in WA state and will go to him whenever im visiting the Tustin area, I refuse to get work done by anyone else! Lol. And I always get compliments on my tattoos whenever someone sees them, too. Great staff, location, service, everything all around. Keep up the great work Platinum Ink OC!!!

Definitely my go to spot whenever I want new tattoos. The owner, Matt, does fantastic work and all of the staff working here are so nice and chill. The atmosphere is easygoing and not stressful, theyre a pleasure to hang with. I am a super satisfied customer and I definitely recommend to all my friends!

Ive gotten three tattoos here and a few piercings too. I even took my fiance to get his nose pierced. Mathew and Brian do great tattoos, and CeCe does amazing piercings. (Brian does great piercings too!) Even their new apprentice Chris is laid back and a lot of fun. If youre nervous or if the tattoos hurt theyll crack jokes the whole time. They do amazing work for great prices! Ill always recommend them above anywhere else!

Got a cover up by Ian, good tattoo pleasant experience. My girlfriend liked it and made an appointment as well. She liked her tattoo, my daughter liked both and decided on getting a piece finished on her neck. We went in and saw Ian, he agreed to finish the tattoo and we made an appointment for the next day at 12:00. My daughter lives in Glendora and she drove out here for her appointment. As we pulled up to the shop another artist was just getting there and he told us Ian was not coming in today as he was not feeling well. He actually called him as we waited and then told us that he was not going to make it. This is all fine if he cant make it have some respect for your customers and call them, he called the other artist to have him open for him. But for all disappointment come something good. We went to Mule Tattoo on El Camino Real and I think our business will be taken there from now on. Sorry Ian but a phone call or lack of is going to cost you our business.

Bryan gave me a small tattoo for my 18th birthday. As my first tattoo, I was nervous but Bryan had a really steady hand and didnt make it hurt at all! It was a bit more money than expected however it looks excellent. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Very family oriented shop unlike many, they never make you feel unwelcome. They will happily answer any question no matter how dumb you think it is. I have 8 pieces by Ian and a rework, I highly recommend this shop for any tattoos or piercings.

I came in with a friend then ended up getting my ears pierced again. Cece was wonderful ! She made me feel comfortable and continued to be helpful with every question I had after I left. I will be coming back in the near future for more piercings!

Came into buy a new earring.. the guy working there was not professional at all. They also charge an extra 8$ to help put in the earring. Decided to go to another place. The earring also looked cheap like I could buy it off EBay!

Worst tattoo experience Ive had, shop minimum was way too high. Me and my friend went and got matching tattoos while I was out in California and now we regret going to platinum ink and the artist was to into the football game the whole time instead of his clients. Blowed out planes and bumps in the tattoos, plus my heart is uneven and crappy line work. Now we get to go to someone else to fix them!
