Not sure why people are giving this place bad reviews. We like it. You go in, and get water and leave. Weve never had rude service. We do get great water though. Weve gone to many other water places around the area and Freshwater has the best water. Tastes fresh and clean. Hopefully people will stop complaining about the owner and just go there to get water.

Older gentleman upfront is very rude. I wouldnt recommend this place unless you have to.

Water a bit expensive, but owner very helpful. Store itself very clean. Bought stand and ceramic holder. He explained everything about them and provided a dont like return-it of a week, which I didnt expect. Overall, good experience and I would return.

Extremly Sad. I called 5 times to inquiry about the rates per gallon. The person answering picked up and kept hanging up.

Very easy to fill your water bottles and pay, and inexpensive too.

The website and this location are totally different businesses. I tried calling to see if they had a part I need in stock. The guy who answered the phone could not understand english but he encouraged me to come in.It was not unreasonably out of my way but when I got there I found that they do not sell parts. They sell water and bottles to put it in to people who seem to me to be sadly gullible. This explains why the proprietor cannot communicate but is doing just fine. Folks come in and fill their own containers from his taps and then hand him money. Not a word is spoken.Obviously he was unable to help me find the 5/16 to 1/4 reducing union that I need to bypass the filter on my refrigerator. ;{|

Guy is always on the phone, dont care ask for help . Never again
