They were sooo nice! I ended up adding on a bunch of stuff to my order right before they were about to close and they didnt mind at all. Id come back for the customer service alone but it was a great sandwich, bomb fries and glad they have a vegan option. Highly recommend.
This was my first time coming here to try out a Which Wich out. WILL NOT BE MY LAST. I am totally in love with this place. The ingredients on my Wich were really good. I tasted the meats, cheese, veggies, pepper, and sauce. Definitely didn’t upset my appetite. My boyfriend and I were planning to go to Rubios but we decided to give this place a try. The way you order your Wich is very smart. They have a variety of selections and options. You’re technically making your own Wich. They have Favorites on their menu. But I recommend that you make your own. I enjoyed every bite of it. Their large Wich size is what my boyfriend and I went for and it’s enough for two people. No wait at all, not sure if it’s because it’s a Saturday? But my experience here was amazing and will be planning to come back 😌. SIDE NOTE, excuse my nails on the picture. But look at my Wich it looks bomb!! 🤤
Currently waiting for twenty minutes for a sandwich. That is correct 20 + minutes for a friggin sandwich. I could’ve driven home and got my own sandwich in a faster time. Also for a regular chips and drink it’s 15 dollars last time coming here
This place is horrible and unsanitary. Aside from not sanitizing tables and chairs after customers have sat down and left, having horrible attitudes, and taking about or over 10-30 min to make one sandwich, I found a hair in my sandwich when I was about to eat it. It was a long, black hair. My hair is short and bright red, so I know for a fact that it wasn’t my hair. This was a horrible experience. I really hope they stop putting their hair in peoples food.
Always come here on Wednesday for their $5 wicked deal. Such an amazing price. Pair it with $1 refills and I have a cheap fast dinner.
So, I bought their chicken sandwich. Mmm.. Chicken was so rubbery. Sauce tasted great. But the chicken was nasty. I had to make sure it wasnt fish. My some got his sandwich and oreo shake. The shake is NASTY. Whatever you do, DO NOT GET chicken sandwich or oreo shake!!!

First time to which wich and would come back again! A definite upgrade from your usual sandwich or sub. Chicken pesto and chocolate cake shake is great. I like the way in which you customize and order your wich on the paper bag
Horrible customer service, the people working there were rude, slow and messy. My sandwich which did not have avocado in it was completely smeared with avocado which to me means they arent cleaning their utensils in between making sandwiches..disgusting I had to throw it away. Youd think especially now with the pandemic the standards would be higher...they are not. There were 4 or 5 workers and it took 20 mins + to get my 1 sandwich order. They were all standing around chit chatting basically yelling at customers to wait outside. Obviously not an issue with that but msg could have been relayed more politely. Very disappointing. I love the Lake Forrest location, I would recommend you take the extra 15min drive and go there. 👎👎

I recently moved near this location and I love going to it. The building is clean, sometimes parking is hard to get because The Market Place can be extremely busy, but not the fault of Which Wich. The staff is always friendly. The quality of the sandwiches is great, my order is always correct. I would highly recommend coming to this location.

Great vegan options! Love coming here! If you go online, they specify which ingredients are vegan, so that there is no confusion. Friendly staff, although there isnt much seating inside. You might have to sit outside in the sun. Overall, great place to get a sandwich or veggie wrap! Food is delicious and the veggies are fresh. They even have vegan hummus, which is rare.

I love this place! It is so convenient and smart how you order here. They have individual bags for each type of sandwich, i.e., chicken, turkey, ham, etc.. You select a bag then check off all the toppings and sauces you would like to have them put on. You then check out at the register, give them your bag, and sit back and wait. The final product tastes amazing!!! Highly recommend going here!
Sure, there are a lot of sandwich shops. But this one is different. You can compose your sandwich online and the possibilities are almost endless. On top the sandwiches are tasty. Even the bread is tasty. Something a competition like subway miss.
I ordered wrong sandwich but they were gracious enough for me to change my order. They went above and beyond to make me happy. And also the food is great here
First time trying which which and it will be the last time. The employees where extremely rude! My boyfriend asked them if he could make a special request on the sandwich and they rudely said no.Even the fountain drinks they had were out of order. The only one that they did have was cherry Pepsi that taste like diet.
This particular Which Wich showed rude behavior and completely discarded my values. I expected it to be a normal trip but instead their workers were closing almost an half an hour before closing time and when they saw my sister and I they’re were actually glaring at us and laughing and I can’t believe they would even dare to be so impolite as to do it multiple times. This has happened several times and in the past I’ve let it go but just having it repeat over and over again is getting annoying since they’re doing it constantly. After all these terrible experiences I don’t believe that I will be coming back here.

Which which is a cool concept when you walk in they have the long for fetal size sandwich bags with all the different ingredients written on the outside you check off the type of bread and meats and so forth and hand it to death the person behind the counter so its kind of like a reverse Subway instead of you telling them you just check it off on the bag and they put it together for you every which which Ive been to has been pretty consistent clean Brite locations friendly staff you looking for a reason not to go to Subway this would be it its a step above them in my opinion
Found this place on a Friday afternoon of shopping - LOVE it! Yes its just a tad more than say, Subway or the like, but the food is delicious and the overall convenience of their ordering process and everything else is fantastic. Found a new favorite spot!

The Sriracha tuna is amazing especially with the hot peppers. Service is fast and kids love playing with the markers and bags. The sandwiches and ingredients are really fresh.

This Which Wich location consistently makes quality sandwiches, custom tailored to the ingredients you mark on the paper bag. I havent had a bad Wich, and if I ever do, itd probably be my fault for choosing too many ingredients.

Atmosphere and food good, service very good. They dont take your order, you write it on a bag and the bag has your sandwich at the end of the line.
