Huge and clean place...tons of selections...with reasonable price....

Great new and spacious Supermarket. For basic groceries this is a great supermarket. They have fresh Aloe Vera here too. If you need Milk, water, cheese, tissues, etc.. this is great with good prices but if you want high quality beef then this place is lacking compared to say H-Mart for beef and seafood.

The staff at the meat counter are the good old service oriented Stater Bros. We have been accustomed to for more that 25 years, in many different locations. There has only been two missteps one lazy meat counter male whom put four different types of bacon into one package and wrapped it all jammed together. The other instance was another visit with a female cashier whom either did not have her coffee or her pet must have died. I over looked these two instances thus far, but the next time, I will speak with the store manager.

Disgusting. Two young people who appeared to be able bodied brought in a pit bull puppy on a leash, about 6 months old. The dog was licking items in the bakery and produce section. I complained to the manager Jason, who later told me they said it was a service animal. A pit bull puppy is a service animal??? I dont think so. He said they can only ask if its a service animal which is not true. A store owner or employee may also ask what task the service animal is trained to do. Jason obviously wasnt interested in doing that. I was buying all my groceries here but not anymore.

I just want to say that this store is amazing the people working there are great they have great customer service skills and help you try to get what you want and what you need theyre always fully staff I do want to shout out to a young man his name is Alex b I just want to say he was amazing he helped me out and helped me find everything I need Im a cancer patient right now and so he went out of his way just to help me get what I need to eat right now because Im in a special diet and I just wanted to tell the store manager how much appreciation I have towards this young man and the store thank you for being a great store and I hope to see him soon again thank you my name is Ofelia Hernandez

The only reason I come to this store is the meat department, they have excellent quality and selection, some of the butchers are very helpful and they know their meats 🍖. Also one of the clerks went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for. So thank you meat department and thank you Nick B.

Everything was good up to the point I got to the cashier. Renee was extremely rude and bossy. Someone who had sarcastic jokes and didn’t live up to the Staterbros franchise at all. I’ve been going to these stores since I could remember and absolutely love Staterbros. Though going in and being abruptly spoken to rudely and bossed around as a customer is just not right!

Very clean, very organized. Found everything I needed. Employees were very respectful and helped with what I needed to find. Definitely deserves 5 stars

Prices are competitive and fair. Employees could work at being more friendly and knowledgeable about their own inventory to be more helpful. The store is very clean and well organized.

I love this nice new spacious store and have gone there several times recently. Unfortunately the experience was not good this evening. My roommate and I were doing big shopping after having to throw out all our food because we were evacuated for 8 days and our electricity was turned off. We were waiting in line to check out with 2 carts in front of us and 2 behind us. All of the carts were full since it was the only check out lane open other than the one for 15 items or less. They called for other checker who came up and opened another register for 15 items or less. I see what looks like a manager in a white shirt come up and I asked him if he was going to open another register and he said he was... he looked irritated that I had asked him and he proceeded to open and help those customers closest to him that all rushed to get in his line while all of us with large orders still stood there in the long line. Carlos was his name. Seems like he should know to go get the customer who was waiting the longest. Maybe he was having a bad day but mine wasn’t the best either.

I think this is actually one of the best grocery stores for product, staffing and cleanliness. I gave them 4 stars this time because they didnt have an advertised special saying they didnt get any on yesterdays shipment; perhaps not their fault, nonetheless it wasnt the 5 stars shopping experience it normally is.

Really, really nice experience at this location. I came in, just needing to use the restroom, and ended up buying a soda.The restrooms have a sink that is mildly irritating to use. Theres just something so...odd about the way the sink head is built. It was hard to figure out how to use it, and I dont know how clean my hands got, but no biggie. Bathrooms were clean and stocked.Lines werent too long, all the customers were following social distancing guidelines. Employees were cleaning the area frequently. I had a nice conversation with one of the young clerks who was working, he made my day a bit brighter. Employees are knowledgeable and trained well at their job, and leave you wanting to come back.Ive never been an avid Stater Bros shopper, but this experience was wholesome, and made me want to come back. Aside from the weird issue with the sink in the bathroom, I have no complaints!

This place is huge and the selection is at least three times more the normal. And they are known for having fresh meat. Not disappointed! Huge aisles and very clean! 🤩

Awesome shopping center area and nice people

Always a good selection. I dont even read the ads, just go there. Slightly depressed because I didnt need the meat butchers today. Everything on my list was in the meat case (whole chicken, tri tip, english short ribs). Previous trip had butcher recommend filet mignon for my beef kabobs, the best kabobs I ever had, family really impressed with my selection ( I didnt mention my helper at SB)

Excellent store with good product and sales. Almost always stocked well and even though the people who bag your groceries are not good at distributing weight among the bags (just like other stores) they are nice and friendly. The store is always very clean, even before the pandemic.

Ive been to a lot of stater bros but this is the best one so far. Its big and clean. The shelves are always fully stock. Customer service is not bad either comparing to other stores. And to be honest, the butcher department is so awesome there. So glad this store is in my neighborhood.

Well I went for a quick shopping and yes it was real quick there were a lot of people but cashiers were at working at 💯 better than other stores and its not the first time I buy at this store i hardly recommend it 👍👍👍👍

Store very busy, with customers shopping for there weekly needs. Parking was abundant for a Sunday. Prices are unfortunately continueing to rise. Too many multiple pricing deals; (example) must buy 4 to get the the deal price. As a senior citizen, I cant buy the deal;; ( too many of the same items ). So, I dont buy!!! Manufacturers give the retailers these discounts to pass on to their customers in hoping this will stimulate sales. But these guys twist it to their advantage as another profit maker. Dont get me wrong, its not just this retailer but, all who use this practice. My sincere wish is for this practice to end and you serve all your customers equal!!!

If you visit any Stater Bros, get the steak. This in particular is no exception, its by far the best Ive found particularly for the price. I can easily get enough for my family for more than a reasonable price.Everything else here is great as well. Good selection of normal grocery items too like produce and vegetables, all fresh and tasteful. Also the burgers are also fantastic, as of the lost its $7 a pound which is good for 2 burgers and the best part: they dont shrink when grilling. What you see is what you get and its awesome!

I really like this market. The parking lot always has an empty spot to park right away. The market is spacious and has all the necessary items I need. Its not that crowded, so its quick and easy to check-out.I especially like the Sush and Roll section. The sushi and the rolls are always as good as those made in a sushi restaurant. The Chef Choice roll is always my favorite.

This is the best Stater Bros. Ive ever been, not only because its a new building, but the customer service is awesome. Big thanks to Avi, who saw me struggling to carry my groceries to the car and helped me taking some of the stuff with a big smile on his face, Its been so many years since I had this kind of service in a grocery store. I am so in love with this new Stater Bros and Im so glad its so close! The parking lot is well laid out and makes it easy to access. The layout inside is easy to maneuver and the aisles are labeled and easy to find. They have a sushi counter, bakery, butcher, and deli. Its so awesome! Ive only had positive customer service experiences.

One of the finer Stater Brothers I have seen. Neat, clean and well organized aisles. Friendlly employees greeted us upon entry and offered to help. The presence of a bakery, special order cake/pastry shop, sushi section, meat and seafood department will definitely add value and bring additional foot traffic to the store. The deli department can most definitely be improved by the offering of a wide selection of meats, currently it only offers a limited selection. Bottom line the presence of overtly helpful employees and management with a great attitude and the manner in which the store is maintained, [cleanliness, ambiance and safety], will definitely encourage customers to come back by keeping them happy and satisfied.

Love this Stater Bros. It not only new but its a big store. They have almost everything. Meet department is awesome. You can buy something to eat at the deli counter they have a seating area if you want to eat there.

Great Store. Prices are fantastic. Staff is extremely courteous and attentive. Neighbors and I were concerned that a Stater Brothers was going to open as opposed to another chain grocery store. No concern at all!

I was not a fan of this market chain however this new Stater Bros. Has change my mind. Before built I was forced to go to the Red hill location which is horrible and the worst customer service. This new store has lots of parking, its big and many fresh options. The people that work here say hi with a smile and are nice! :)

Opened Oct 24, 2018. Nicest market in Irvine or Tustin. Bright, super clean, wide aisles, everything in stock, friendly staff that u want to talk to. The quality of a whole foods, but not at those prices or hipster sensibilities. Cannot stress how clean the place is. All markets should be like this.

This is a new store, opened in October of 2017. It is very clean, well organized, has a lot of selection, produce looked good, and the meat department is well stocked. Of all the Stater Bros I have been to, this is by far the nicest.

Walked into the store and instantly felt comfortable. Clean, brightly lit, and well organized. Agree with the previous review that states the parking lot was well designed and easy to access. Friendly service and well stocked. On par with the Ralphs and Albertsons in Irvine but with slightly better prices.

A lovely Stater Bros store located in The Legacy development in Tustin. Store has a very good meat and fresh fish selection as well as a bakery and a Sushi making station.

Love this place carry a large variety of items that other grocery stores don’t. The flower area is stocked as well with fresh flowers this is my new favorite grocery store. Check out the bakery as well for cakes they have a decent variety and if they don’t have it bring a photo 24 hours in advance they will create it. I picked out one of their cakes for my daughters birthday and for the price it looked great and was delicious. Update: Rebecca here in the Bakery is awesome this is what customer service should be like. When I first got there she helped me pick the right cake I didnt feel pressured to hurry up and pick even though she was busy. She made the cake just how we wanted it she was very professional and genuinely nice. I will definitely be back here for all my cakes and baked needs thank you Rebecca. I will follow up with management to show my appreciation.

Conveniently located, a huge space with various products. Most of all, you can get god quality of meat at a reasonable price. I love shopping at this place.
