It has been 45 days since my order, and I cant get a hold of anyone at both numbers.They have not returned my calls, and of course they already billed me the day I ordered. Please avoid this place...headed to more review sites now.
Its been 15 days since I placed my order and it has still not shipped (although it is in stock) - I have sent multiple messages, live chats, and phone calls over the past 2 days with no response. They surely did take my $85 immediately out of my account, though!I have even been in the middle of a customer service chat and the person just disappears and stops answering me. He tells me that he was aware that my order was not fulfilled and that something I didnt even order was on backorder, and that was why it hasnt shipped yet. When I told him that wasnt my order, he asked for my order number, and 45 minutes later, he has still not responded to me. I am truly disappointed with my experience and the customer service.If you actually got your order from these people, Im happy for you!
These people SUCK -- sent wrong medication - then Ive had to deal with the RETURN guy who lied & said they sent the correct medication only to find out a week later nothing was done -- its been a month & the keep saying - WEVE refunded you --- NOT !!! Pay full price -its better than getting ripped off
