We went in for a quick glance at furniture seeing how memorial day sales were happening and walked out with a whole living room set. Thanks Ivan for being so patient and helpful during our visit! Also, this big lots has a lot more variety than the other ones weve been too! Definitely want to come back here.

You can always find a bargain here. I got a beveled glass mirror that is about 22x36in for $32 last week. Score! Canned goods are about $.25 cheaper than grocery stores. Although it does seem to me that the store is slightly understaffed.

It’s a great store, kind of not in the best of areas, walked in and heard some crazy customer cussing out the employees, so that’s great when you have a small child with you. They have great prices (Big Lots as a whole) but make sure that you price check their website before you walk to the front registers to pay because on like three different items, their website price was significantly cheaper. I showed them that their website prices were better and they matched the prices for me. They didn’t have much in their clearance section and almost everything in the store was full price. The best deal that I found were two memory foam pillows for only $20!!! That’s an amazing deal!

They have everything I needed and some. The prices are fabulous! Love this store!

The employees are nice at this location. I really only ever shop maybe 1/16 of the whole store, mostly for food, snack or beverages because they are the closest place to me aside from the gas station on the corner.

The store is clean and organized and they even opened more registers when the lines got long. The downside is the parking lot is really sketchy! Bad neighborhood.

I came here after my new landlord suggested Big Lots as the solution to my lack of furniture when I moved here from Clovis (I threw away my junk furniture rather than bring it with me in the move). Big Lots gave me immediate credit so that I could purchase everything I needed right away. I am very happy with my new dining set and my new living room furniture and TV stand. I was also surprised to learn that you can even buy non perishable groceries here!

If not for the location since red hill is a dump of a street, this is a great store with really great prices on all kinds of things.

Recently went in for the holiday clearance and walked out with a ton of big ticket items for just a few dollars each. Surprisingly the clearance is kept as neat as it can be so you can really see whats left.

Store clean and cashiers are always pleasant.

I was greeted when I walked in the store by employees that engaged me to make sure I was finding everything and bringing me to items I was looking for not like most places that just point and day over that way and dont know for sure lol.but I love the service and will recommend this store. Now the store wasnt too busy at the time I got their.but fully stocked shelves and great display of furniture very clean store which is everything I look for.

I had a really good time shopping there. Only thing I didnt like was they made me leave my backpack at the front. But I understand there only taking precaution. At least it wasnt like Wal-Mart where they have people following you all over the place pretending to shop. I cant stand that. But i roamed all over the store looking at stuff to but At another time?but i was looking for doggie stairs but they where out. The cashier helped me out with a few questions I had and was very nice and polite. I would definitely shop there again and would recommend it to everybody because there prices are really good considering how high are acconomy is.

Dog supplies and food shelves were a bit empty. I usually buy my puppys potty pads here but the shelf was empty. When I asked a lady that was stocking product 2 isles from where I was, she was rude. I got as far as 3 words into my question and she interrupted and said, thats all that we have. Besides this, I like stopping by for a quick glance at anything I may need. Always good prices at Big Lots.

The store is nice overall. The big downfall lately is the parking lot crowd. I am beginning to worry about my safety. On three different occasions Ive been approached by people who were off.

Ample parking, but the store itself is an absolute mess. Things will be out of place, and cluttered, but on the plus side you do get good deals on things you need. There are never enough cashiers on hand, so dont plan to get in or get out in a few minutes

Biglots never fails to surprise me, they always carry a variety of weird stuff you can only find at their store .Prices are always cheaper than anywhere else, even cheaper than Walmart.I usually go there for tools, furniture, kitchen and bathroom products.

Sometime in mid-2015 I purchased a Sylvania FM Radio with Bluetooth capability ($30) to use, with my cell phone, at my work station. I liked it so much I decided to buy another one to use in my garage. Unfortunately, after several months of daily use, both units stopped taking a charge at the same time! Again, I liked this radio/speaker system so much I decided to take a chance and buy a third one. As I was paying for that one, I mentioned that I had purchased two some time ago and that they quit working. The person at the register said to bring them back! I said I no longer had the receipts nor the boxes they came in - not a problem. When I returned them, got my money back in cash, not in-store credit nor a return to my debit card! That is what I call great customer service! I relayed this experience to my friends and, of course, recommended Big Lots to them
