An excellent selection of hobby products are available. The salespeople are very friendly, and knowledgeable about the games and products that they sell. The shop is very clean, and well organized. Theres a very friendly, welcoming wargaming community. We are very happy with the purchases that we made, and will happily return again soon.

Hands down the best shopping experience Ive ever had. Drew was more than helpful, providing me (pretty much a beginner collector) with really great advice and guiding me to exactly what I needed to get started. The store was pristine, with a huge selection of models and paints. He listened to what I wanted instead of trying to push anything specific, and I left as happy as a little kid and excited to dive back into my favorite hobby. This store is a diamond, a jewel amidst a retail desert, and I will be visiting often as these long days continue.

Drew, the store manager is by far the most outstanding Games Workshop store manager I have ever met in my long 20 year hobby career. He is a very down to earth individual that goes out of his way to help us customers with questions involving the hobby. He is also personable and very friendly. Drews charisma and friendliness has been paramount to my reentering the warhammer hobby. I dont know how much he gets paid as a store manager for games workshop but I am sure its not near enough to what he deserves based on his dedication to the hobby and its fans.

Ive been here a handful of times and every time Ive gone Ive been helped by a dude named Drew I believe. Hes very nice and very helpful and makes this store that much better. Theres no pressure to buy anything and hes always friendly. I do wish they carried more paints but not an issue. Its a great store

The manager is very friendly and has been helpful more times than once. My only real qualm is that the store itself is fairly small and cramped. That said, they do manage to get two whole wargame tables in there as well as a pretty massive stock of items, so outside of the store being full of people its never been a problem.

Ever since I have returned back to playing Warhammer 40K, this store has been one of my favorite places to visit on my way home from work and on Saturdays. Drew is the one reason I keep returning. His love and enthusiasm for this hobby shows when you talk to him which in turn gets you excited to play. If you are thinking of getting into the hobby, swing by and talk to Drew. I was actually looking for DnD supplies, as this was the first place to pop up when I searched DnD store. They dont sell DnD products, theyre all war hammer. I was disappointed but the guy working the counter was super friendly and helpful! he recommended a shop close by and also said the wizards of the coast website has a store locator. Then we chatted warhammer for a bit. I wish I got his name but it was on 3/6/20 around 6pm

Came in to check the place out as weve just moved here, I was looking for a possible place to play and my girlfriend is looking to start collecting. The dude barely even gave us the time of day and it sounded like he was playing a game judging by his clicking. Even after making a purchase barely even cared to answer my basic questions about the general crowd that comes through the store as I was curious as to what people play. Guess well stick to local stores and buying our models online.

I seriously couldnt ask for a better place for all of my Warhammer needs. Ive been coming here for over 2 years now and Ive always felt like a valued customer. Everyone here is very friendly and laid back. Drew and Stephanie are very helpful, and great people to chat with!

This Games Workshop has been my local GW miniatures store for the last few years. The staff here are always welcoming and friendly with a wealth of information. The store sometimes hosts fun events that bring the community together and can order products if they dont have what you need in store. Stop by if you find yourself in need of some miniatures in the Tustin area.

By far the best game store in socal. Been to game stores all over the area and havent found a better combination of selection, customer service, and product expertise. Drew is super helpful in a light friendly way but isnt in the least pushy. All the gamers are really friendly and helpful with painting advice and gaming advice. Definantly stop by if youve been bitten by the plastic bug.

This is my favorite GW store, I literally drive over 60 miles to be part of the community and atmosphere this store provides. Being extremely new to the painting miniatures, I have a firm belief my painting has improved in huge strides. If you have the opportunity to join this the Warhammer family, I strongly urge to stop here first.

I was worried when first getting into Warhammer that going into a shop like this would be rough for someone who knew absolutely nothing. I was greeted with a big smile, I got some great advice, and I didnt feel pressured to buy anything. I went back a second time to pick up the things I wanted, again the staff was super helpful and offloaded more tips. I dont feel the need to go here very often, but when I want to pick something up I look forward to it every time.

If you play warhammer this is the is the place to be. Drew runs the place and goes above and behond for every person who comes who comes in. He has tables set up for game play and you can almost find a game to play. If you are new Drew will walk you threw the game and help you see if you want to get into the hobby. Oh and great ac.

While I like the idea of playing warhammer or similar games, but the plastic figurines here are incredibly expensive. They look cool and Im sure painting them is quite fun, but I think they ask a lot for molded plastic.

Altough on the small side for a GW shop it carries a good selection of products. Everytime I have come in, the paint or item I was looking for was in stock with plenty more. Drew is always friendly and helpful, even when my questions are more vague and on the personal taste side than product specific questions. Demo/play space is a bit small but I always see people on the weekends here playing and having a good time. Prices are typical GW pricing, but I have found that its rarely more than online prices and if so, no more than a few dollars which the price of convenience and having your questions answered by friendly and helpful staff.

The store manager (Drew I think his name was) really doesnt know any of the games well or has much of any accurate knowledge of the associated stories/history/fluff of each game. Seems to only know some secondary info, probably picked up by other gamers. Just felt he is a fish out of water - wearing the GW shirt but just a sales guy. His hobby skills are mediocre, feels like he just started with this company a month or so ago. Wish GW would hold on to their employees a little longer so their staff can learn something about the culture and products. Probably wont go back and wouldnt recommend. Not sure how he pulls in new gamers to the store. Didnt see even one demo ran.
