I really enjoy going to my Tustin Smart & Final, because they always have electric cart for me to use in the store!!! The store is always clean, check out is fast, bathrooms are always clean and employees are friendly courteous and well-groomed!!!

Today at 9:45 on Saturday morning, I stood in the express checkout line to pay for 2 coffee items. The lady in front of me had at least 45 items in her cart. Suddenly, the lady pulled out 3 gift cards! The manager, Elsa, assisted the checker with reviewing each gift card which further delayed the wait time. When I brought up the 15-item signage to Miss Elsa, she didnt apologize for delay but proceeded to let me know that all customers have to be helped! I told her whats the purpose of the signage and to look at the line behind me which sweltered to 7 deep! Miss Elsa needs to take another customer service training ASAP! She does NOT like being told when things are NOT going smoothly. Anyways, this issue could have been avoided if Manager Elsa would have apologized for the delay upfront. Lesson learned Miss Elsa! Treat all your customers more graciously like you did the first lady in line! The great news folks is that Iwas gracious with Manager Elsa and I did not lose my temper.

Smart and Final is a great non-member store chain to shop for groceries. This particular store is fairly large and contains a good variety of products. The store is very clean and well lit. I did find its organization a bit confusing and wandered the aisles a bit to find the products on my shopping list. For example, the cheese is not near the refridgerators near the center of the store near the deli section. Prunes found near cereal and baking goods in other stores were near produce. The signage at the aisles werent helpful to me. I guess I could get used to the organization after shopping there more often. Im still a fan.

Store is always clean and well stocked. Pretty quick checkout too... Something a lot of fart n smiles have issues with.

Large store with long narrow isles.Employees at checkout all very helpful and efficient. Mostly good variety of items in each section. Shopped on Sunday, early morning so shelves were a little spotty. Things were being restocked in some sections that were really in need. Ample parking in large lot shared by others. Must say, store was very clean, no smells.

Love Love love this Smart & Final. This store is super clean. Produce is always fresh, prices are always very good ... comparable to Costco but without the membership fee and long lines.Pro tip: their roasted deli chickens are delicious and the bargain of the century. Add a salad and rolls, and you can feed a family of 4 for under $10. Also check out the COLD deli chickens in the meat department. These are the same roasted chickens, just refrigerated. And they’re a couple bucks off. perfect for chicken salad.The only area lacking a bit at S & F is their personal care, hygiene, otc medicine areas. You won’t find a huge selection of deodorant or health remedies here, but the low prices and great quality on food items makes up for the occasional trip to Walgreens for the drug store stuff not carried here.Oh, and GREAT cashiers, friendly staff, too.

My shopping experience was very pleasant it was no major lines or crowded store and I was able to find everything that I needed

Best place to shop for camping trips or your home

This is a great store, located in Irvine Boulevard and Newport ave. In Tustin. The produce are the best, also bulk items, janitorial products, and much more. The store is very neat and clean, organized with big guiding signs. There is plenty of parking and also many other stores and restaurants, coffee shops and more.

Store is usually Stockwell great location with the Michaels and Trader Joes Next Door

If you are making a festive dinner and need a bunch of ingredients then I do not recommend this store at all. The items are such a hassle to find also thier is absolutely no one to help you if you are looking for a item. I was trying to find raisins but I simply could not find them in any aisle, I tried to find someone to help me their was absolutely no one. I finally found the section where the pumpkins were. I personally think raisins don’t belong where pumpkins are and you really can’t see them.

I am disappointed and vexed in the fact that I had to disinfect a shopping cart as S&F no longer does the disinfecting.. There was one spray bottle (handled by everyone ) and a box of open paper towels. There were seven customers outside all waiting for the one spray bottle and doing their best to feel safe. How many people had used that cart that day with just a casual spray ???..hardly a covid deterrent .A proper disinfecting of the carts should be done by your staff with gloves and more efficient equipment to combat covid.Other markets provide you with disinfected clean carts and S&F is doing s big disservice to their customers in order to save a few bucks. .Also the cart area was trashed with paper towels used to wipe the carts .I enjoy shopping at S&F but will no longer under these unsafe circumstances.

Great Store very clean and offers many products. First Street (private label) products are A+. Thanks for helping collect donations for Chef Bruno and Caterinas Club - they feed 25000 meals a week to the kids of Southern CA who would go hungry.

I love the prices here. I usually get the 5lb bag of cheese and flower tortillas. I like the reduced price meats but you have to get there early. Dont forget to get a rotisserie chicken. Everyone is helpful, they always ask if youre finding everything you need. The shopping carts are all maintained. I can get in and out quickly.

We were on a random stop for Pet Supplies and they were in the same mall, had an open and clean toilet for the kids and we got our weekly groceries for around half the normal price.

Manager Pete gave me a nominal gift card and welcomed me back to the store. Hopefully his star employee will get some training. Review upgraded to a 3 star.Elsa was the worst. No customer service experience. Didn’t try to make things better when it was realized that a can in a case was bad (like her). Makes me think of a bad egg and if bad eggs are allowed to work here then what else do they push that is bad. There are other places to shop, as acknowledged by this know it all nasty person. I won’t be back.

I have been to a lot of Smart and Finals and all have had great service but the one that separates this one is clientele. I went on a Friday at 5ish and everyone was polite and courteous. Not sure if I was lucky or it is always like this. I will definitely be back to check it out and I will update this post.

This is a well-put-together Smart & Final in the more affluent area of Tustin, CA. The produce selection and quality is great and there is an extended bulk section with nuts, grains, candies, etc.My favorite part about this store is the way it feels well-stocked. Besides that, the deals are consistent with what you find at other Smart & Final stores. The staff I interacted with today (on a routine trip to the store) were friendly.

Im 0.8 miles from this store and the website says Im outside of their delivery area? Also, website in general is difficult to navigate and find specific items.

This is your typical Smart and Final. There is a large grocery section. They also offer some miscellaneous items like firewood, of all things. A nice touch here is that each cashier line is named after a street in Tustin, which gives it some personality and local flavor. Remember to bring a bag!

Great deals on bulk items. Its like Costco without the membership. Some good produce, but for the most part the produce spoils very quickly. Best to ship here for dairy and dry goods.

My wife describes the produce dept as a stinky smelly place.What do they mop the floors with? Suggestion! Change mop, water, detergent, and janitor, often. Ever heard of bleach? It is known to kill bacteria. If you dont train your janitorial service on how to clean and mop the floor, how do you expect them to know!The smell is disgusting and my wife refuses to shop there. The smell is indicative of the care the business takes or fails to take to assure its customers it is a safe and clean place to shop. Clean it up or close it down.

Just a few days ago I bought eggs from here and being in a rush I didnt check the date, today I saw and they were from DECEMEBER. I went did a little shopping thinking I could just trade them for new ones like every grocery store Ive been to, but NOPE they wanted to just hassle me and not do anything with out a receipt and the manager was just rude! So I had to buy my eggs again and spend another five dollars. I was really liking this smart and final but they just lost there customer over eggs.
