I have been buying my equipment and chemicals from Routley Enterprises since I startedcleaning flooring in 1991. The staff is highly trained and knowledgeable about carpet, upholstery, hardwood, tile u0026 grout, and a multitude of other surface I clean. They keep my equipment running so I can keep cleaning and earning money. They are very up- to-date on the latest chemicals and techniques in the cleaning industry. They also have rental equipment available for various one-off jobs I come across. This gives me access to almost every cleaning chemical and tool available on the market. I highly recommend Routley Enterprises for all your cleaning needs!

Their knowledge of carpet and upholstery cleaning was a bit limited. I have tried to get technical help here a couple times, but they seemed to know about as much as the general public. Not a huge deal, but since they choose to be in this field, they should know a thing or two about what they are selling.The thing that bothers me the most about this place is the terrible workmanship from the mechanics. I have been forced to go here several times from minor things to major problems with my truckmount. Their Authorized mechanic has failed every time I have taken my mount here. He could not even perform something simple like an oil change without messing that up (did not screw oil filter on correctly causing a huge mess in my van). They damaged an upholstery tool. They have screwed jets on crooked. They have put the wrong jets on. They gave me hydroforce back without the feeder tube. I have had much better service from Great Western and CCCS in Fullerton.Finally, the customer service was much better at other locations. It seems like I am disturbing the employees every visit. Never a smile!!I only shop here now when I have to. I would rather take my business to a company who show they want it by training their staff, or hiring a competent mechanic.

As a full service restoration company we need service and up to date advice quickly and efficiently.We always rely on the staff at Routley to do just that and we are never let down. I recommend Routley to all the other restoration business owners I know as much as possible.

I like Routley. They have a real nice selection of chems and carpet toys. Jessica is very knowledgable. Prices are a little high, but then so are mine. My motto is if you can get people to pay it, then charge it. Why shouldnt they? Fairly convenient to get to. Just a couple of minutes off the 405 fwy in Costa Mesa.

Now that the guys who were working the back of the shop are now running the place I have started coming here again. Mario is a great honest mechanic who I only trust working on my Chem-Dry truckmounts

Not sure what the other guys deal was, but these people are nothing short of professional! Excuse me this is a business and not some government depot, yes they are for profit and if you treat them right you may profit from their vast amount of experience and training programs.
