Great customer service from Miriam, the property manager. She has such a pleasant personality and really knows this business.Today I rented two more spaces here. The facility is well maintained and I feel it is secure.While the online registration and rental process makes it very easy to do business with Public Storage, I like going into the office to interact with Miriam.

Jacob was extremely helpful, and provided me with a high level of service. He took the time to understand my needs and offer me options.

Nice hidden location with low traffic. I didn’t even know it was there until I did a google search near me. Looks clean and well kept. Miriam was super helpful and friendly. She made everything clear so there was no confusion. Did most of my info online, so I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Great experience!

The properties cleaning ness is kept up with, I know that they do care about the property because I’ve seen them clean doors outside. Dalia came to us yesterday and asked how my moms experience has been storing with Public Storage.We can say it’s been a very easy process to come in a do paperwork. The property hours are good 6am-6pm it gives my mom a piece of mind that no one will be coming in after office hours. We sometimes forget that we need to be out by 6pm or 5pm but the workers always come 20 or 30 minutes before closing and they let us know how much time we have which is pretty great if you ask me. Dalia was outside sweeping some spaces, thank you Dalia for stopping by and making sure we like the service you provide! It’s more than 5 stars.

Steve was absolutely fabulous!!! I wasnt aware this location closes at 6:00pm. I made a reservation and showed up at 5:50 with a FULL TRUCK. I had to go into the office to do all necessary paperwork for a new unit. Steve expedited this process for me so I could get the truck unloaded and not be stuck with a full load until morning. I greatly appreciate Steves ability to connect with the customers and get it handled!!! THANK YOU STEVE!!!

Wife and I were thinking about moving out this month. Dalia asked how our storage experience has been. We explained we might be moving out she asked if it was our rate she might be able to help and downsizing is an option for us. That’s really helpful we never thought about that. Online sign up was easy. Miriam called back right away to set up the move-in process. Great customer service. Prices were the best in the area. Drive-up units are getting harder to find and there are plenty available here.

My signing up at Public Storage in Tustin CA today was absolutely the best customer service experience I have ever had, no exaggeration. The person who welcomed me and flawlessly handled all the many details of registration - her name is Dalia - was so warm and cordial and welcoming that my many doubts about anything going well, based on the last storage unit I rented, were completely misplaced. Dalia was heaven sent, as far as I am concerned. I would urge anyone trying to decide where to go to choose this company, because they obviously know something important about hiring and training staff.

So disappointed they wanted to raise my rent after 4 months. Office requested a DM approval to keep a customer. The decision was do not keep customer increase was only 5 dollars. Gave my notice. Never again Public Storage!!

Within 30 days of renting a unit, all my things were stolen. Someone cut the lock, stole all my things, and putva different lock on the unit. Of course none of the employees saw a thing, or noticed the unapproved lock now on my unit. And they would not let me cut the lock. They said I had to pay for a certified locksmith to come cut the lock. Which would be $175 out of my own pocket of which they would not reimburse me. Also, I had paid for THEIR OWN Insurance company to cover my things. $3000 max. So after all is said and done, over a month later, THEIR insurance company is only going to pay me $732 for all my things of which easily valued more than $3500.First I think this was an inside job. Second, Public Storage own insurance company is screwing me. And with them owning the insurance company, isnt that conflict of interest?If you want to keep your stuff, dont go to Public Storage and dont pay for their insurance. You will get screwed and not even kissed first.

This public storage location is very clean, easy to access and customer service is outstanding. I needed to get into my storage unit just right when they were closing but the lady working the front allowed me to get in, and waited until I had to grab what I needed.

Jason was quite helpful and efficient. Initial statement of what I was told to expect on phone and what I was told by Public Storage national number were not the same. But Jason worked to resolve the discrepency.

Ashley here really ruined our experience. I’m never coming back here. They told us everything would be fine then Ashley gave us a really hard time before finally agreeing to honor the agreement. We almost had to leave.
