Brian at Yebo Group has been helping us over the course of three months to develop packaging for the material samples for our furniture brand. Weve had changing needs and as a team of designers, weve reiterated several times to make it just right, which certainly has put more work on the team at Yebo. Brian and his team have been incredibly patient and responsive and have continued to provide us with samples of each iteration, despite our order being fairly small. If youre on the fence about who to work with or in a tough place and need to get packaging asap, then look no further, you need to contact Yebo.Our company needed to produce gift set packaging for our products, and needed this done ASAP for a last minute retailer Holiday 2020 request. We literally had no idea what to do, how to get this accomplished, or where to look. This would be our first time working with gift set packaging. We found Yebo online, read the reviews on Google, and then decided to contact them. The very next morning, I was put in touch with Anthony Martinez, and he has been a god send this entire process.He spoke with us about the scope of our project, what the deadlines were, what would be needed, and what we had in mind to showcase our products. He met with us multiple times, brainstormed with the Yebo team on the best way to showcase our products, crafted structural samples for us to see (which also got revised multiple times), assisted us with graphic design for the interior and exterior of the box, all while ensuring that our selections would fall within our specific target price range. The packaging design needed to be high end, luxe, attention grabbing WHILE being on time and on budget. Anthony did all of that AND MORE. He went out of his way to help us through the process, including bringing us into the Yebo showroom to look at packaging samples, colors, textures, finishes, and give us piece of mind about the process.Communication was excellent at all times via email, text, and phone calls. My worst nightmare is to work with a company who cant communicate properly in a method thats acceptable to me. As a business owner, you dont have time to chase after people to hope and pray they are doing the job you hired them to do. With Yebo, that wasnt an issue.When they say that they can meet extremely tight deadlines, that proved to be 100% true WITHOUT sacrificing end product quality.A huge shoutout needs to go to Mike P. and Paige K., who helped ensure that our project was put into production to get the job done on time, and gave us that extra assurance that everything would turn out beautifully. We also want to thank Andrew, who meticulously checked and reviewed our printing files before the entire project went into production just to make sure we would be 100% satisfied with the end product.I cant say enough good things about this company. They have customers for life with us, and we cant wait to grow with them as our brand grows. Michael always has a good attitude. I enjoy speaking with him while placing orders. I put him in a bind with last minute orders when I am out due to my poor planning but Michael always seems to pull a rabbit out of his hat and gets me my product quickly

We ordered 1800 boxes and paid $4000 in June and delivered only 900 in December and never deliver the rest, finally, we reached out in April 2021 to refund our money. More important those guys never apologize.Well never do business again and not recommending anyone too.

I have worked with this company in the past and they did a great job. I recently contacted them to do another project but this time I noticed pricing was far too high and they wanted to charge me $350 to $400 for a 8x12 paper box sample.I emailed back telling them that was too high for a prototype and the sales rep Dennis stop replying. I don think he took me seriously.In conclusion, prices are too high, lack of customer services, I will never come back or recommend any of my clients.I ended up going through ali baba got the sample made for $110 expressed to me within 5 days, and they are doing the boxes for me for half the price. I also like ali baba because its safe, if I dont get my product vendors dont get paid, so its a good thing that they didnt work out, I ended up moving onto something better.update to my review: 9/6I got a printed sample done within 5 days shipped to me from china, I paid $110 for the sample and the boxes will cost me 5.90 landed. I posted it up on my social media page and pre sold 150 + boxes. As I mentioned dont be afraid to work with alibaba its safe. Vendors in China want your business and they are willing to make it work by giving Superior customer services not like these guys out here. Yebo gets the job done! They have manufactured both retail boxes and custom shippers for me. Michael at Yebo is very easy to work with and someone I can count on!

Customer service is certainly not their forte. Ordered boxes on 12/15/17 with a delivery date of 12/28/17. We had to make arrangements to have an employee onsite to receive delivery during the holidays. No delivery was made. Made contact with Yebo on 1/8/18 and was told boxes would deliver on 1/10/18. Had we not inquired I doubt we would have been informed of new date. Ordered a second batch and asked for expedited production to make up for the previous issue. So, I told them how to make it better...Nope, nada, nothing. Guess its time to shop.

Everyone at Yebo Group is very knowledgeable and helpful, but my companys dealing with Joydeep have been nothing short of amazing. Every time we came to se him and had either a non conclusive decision, or questionable design / idea, Joydeeps input inspired us each time to follow his advices and the end results were fantastic! From the first day and still continuing now - we knew that he is the right guy for all our needs. Delivery man was rude. 10% of my custom boxes were printed upside down, when I emailed the MANAGER a photo of their mistake, they ignored me. The ink they used on every single one of my boxes made the box so stiff that it made it nearly impossible to build without ruining the look of the box.

These guys are the leader for packaging printing and displays binders, anything difficult these guys are my go to flawless quality the best customer service I see a super bright future for this company just because they have a great staff.
