I was stuck in the sand 20 miles away from Twentynine Palms on 62. I called several companies to check prices. B&B were the best price in town. Cool staff very friendly and were quick to come and get me out.Highly recommend to support this local company. I do not know them nor get paid to post it. Just my objective experience.

I had a very horrible experience. I called and called the office. Mike answered the call gives me a half answer and said to call back. Like he is very busy, Very poor customer service. He takes advantage of customers in need of help. PLACE LOOKS LIKE A DUMP AND SMELLS LIKE IT TOO!!!! I DONT RECOMMENED THIS PLACE TO NOBODY!! Mike also Threatened me to call the cops if dose not get his way. SO UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

I like this place there are so many cars to choose your parts from and I live the fact that if a part dont fit u can exchange it for another one. Mike and Steve are so friendly. Lol

Drove a friend out from Yucca Valley back to back for 3days. He had paid to get a transmission pulled. They failed in my opinion to keep a good word doing so. Rude in my opinion.

Had a very good first experience with going to a wrecking yard. They were very nice and I found what I needed without any issues . Lots of parts available with a wide variety of vehicles as well. 👍👍👍

I called asking for a rim because I needed a spare for my car in case I ever get a flat and the guy was on multiple different phone calls while trying to accept my phone call and hung up on me once which was okay I understand it was an accident so I called him back and then I tried asking him again and he kept pushing me off and not answering the question and I said hey I just need one wheel and thats it and finally he said okay call me back in 20 minutes and then hung up on me in the middle of me asking whether he was going to have the wheel off in 20 minutes or if he was going to take and make me call back in 20 minutes to try to repeat myself again but instead just straight hung up on me in the middle of sentence. They would be out of business by now if they werent the only junkyard in a 50 mile radius. I had a buddy that once called them to pick up his car for scrap because the motor blew up and long story short it took them two weeks of pawning them off over and over again for him to finally call another company to come get it who came and got it within a couple hours

Theres some good stuff when you look, we came looking for a part for our truck and located it. We had called beforehand and were quoted $50 for the part, however, after we had put in all the effort to locate and get the part off the truck it was on etc, we were told it would be $75. The person at the desk was rude to us from the moment we walked in till the moment we left. Only because we showed indignation, were we able to get the part for $60. Im sure the yard is full of all sorts of great car parts, but being treated with contempt for no reason made it hard to pay someone for what is essentially junk.

Needs more help in the yard.

WARNING!!! Do not use these people. They are rude con artists and liars. We called them and asked what they would give for a car. Without getting any details but the make model and year, they offered 1500. They did the very same thing with a friend of mine. The very same day. We took her car in and they gave her 75.00. They pray of desperate people. Once you get there they figure your stuck. Especially when we had to rent a trailer to being the cars in.We double checked with the guy on our other car. Told him exactly what was wrong with it. Again, he said 1500. So we brought it in. Thinking he would honor his word. We were a bit late, but he said he would wait. We got there and without even looking at it he hands my son a check for 75.00. My son handed the check back to him and asked “what happened to the 1500”? He replied “ your after hours”. WHAT!? That’s the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard of.Obviously they don’t care about their nasty, horrible reputation or the way they treat others as their rating is so bad both here and on yelp.If you’ve had a negative experience with this crappy company, I would encourage you to post both on here and yelp. Get the word out. DONT USE THIS COMPANY! They will screw you.

Almost everything ur looking for

Its a junkyard. A little cramped between cars, but if you love working on cars, they have an awesome selection of cars and trucks NOT totally stripped to the bone. In the City, swarms of crews swarm the vehicles the moment they hit the dirt (usually on Saturdays) and a regular guy paying two bucks to get in doesnt even have a chance.

The guys there are great I have an F150 that I try to work on myself as a female and the guys are always willing to help me. Sean is awesome.. hes probably sick of me and my 101 questions nonetheless he still helps, pulls my parts and explains to me what I need to do.

Great auto wrecking yard. Especially when they have what you need. Sometimes prices seem a little bit higher than they should be. But just do a quick cost comparison to new. Yeah. Its always a good deal.No frills. O yeah, its dirty...Leave the babies at home.

DO NOT buy vehicles from here with Lien Sale paper work you will have to pay soo much out of pocket when you get to the dmv all fees are due, B&B auto will lie to you so u can buy vehicles without a title the dmv will charge u with penalties for late registration renewal and numerous transfers, also some of this vehicles have tickets on file that the dmv will make u pay for as the new register owner.

This place is awesome, and fair with prices. I go to junkyards a lot for parts i need for my old ford truck, and this was one of the best Ive ever been to. Clean, organized and overall a great experience.

I personally havent had good interactions with the workers. Had them switch up on an agreed price twice. Witnessed them purposely rip of someone down and out then again in response to the person standing their ground.. But they have a big selection on parts at times.

Went three different times to get a windshield that they promise would be pulled only to leave empty handed...from one reason to another...waiting for a call back on the windshield as its been promised to be pulled...still nothing

This one is hard for me. They worked really hard to get me a wheel and tire that worked for my car.BUT a few years ago they worked on my car and when I got it back, the full size speed rated spare in my trunk was replaced with a donut spare.

Every experience I have ever had with this company has been terrible. They take hours to show up for tows and I dont live far at all. One time they picked my car up and didnt even take it to the dealer the same day. They never answer their phones or follow up. If this place burned down, we would all be better off.

They are know for the price switch. One price for the quote and double or triple it before your out the door. Mistake in towing and they did everything they could to keep the car.

I must say I never really got a chance to experience this place. First time ever calling to get information and after my first question and fast breif answer I was hung up on. I called back to try again but I was talked to like he didnt have time for me . He could asked me if he could called me back instead of blowing me off as if my business was not important. I am sure this cant be how everyone is treated. I wont be calling back.

Outstanding view - I was theirs watchman for years and the employees always at work and respectfully so - it is the work place everyone counts on- Its a full time depended on by the general public - B&B in general is a successful more than 50 years success.

I have not really had a bad experience at this place. I have been going here for about 10 years, they are fair on their prices, stand up for the warranties, and are willing to help. Note that if you have a bad attitude, you get a bad attitude, so those of you who are rating them bad, look at yourself first. This and any other salvage yard are not your local dealership, otherwise you wouldnt be here. If you havent been to a salvage yard before, you should go to more than one, before you make a judgement. These guys are good to go, hometown style, and will help you. Bob, keep up the good work.

I usaully find what Im looking for but the guy at the front desk has a rude personality and some of the prices he randomly throws out there are way higher than what they should be. For that, this place receives one star.

The old guy who owns this junkyard is super knowledgable about all the parts for every mske, model, and year. He can help you find the production run years for the part you need, and he can also find brand new aftermarket parts that are surprisingly low priced.

Would not recommend this place to anyone unless its absolutely necessary. Worst manners and business ethics Ive ever seen.

I tried politely and professionally communicating and they were just rude with me and didnt seem to care if they helped me or not.

WARNING: If you are in need of money & have some cars you can sell, dont bring them here!!!I was told they would pay around $1500 for my car when I called & even when I got there with my car & told him it had a cracked block the guy in the office said Yeah $1500 then sends another guy over to take a quick look inside & under the hood & suddenly its only worth $75? I ended up taking that awful deal only because Im moving & needed to get rid of the car quickly.The same day I brought my car, a friend asked how much they would pay for his car (which was in waaayyyyy better shape than mine & one year older) & once again the guy in the office says $1500, so we get his car up on a trailer and tow it out there (B&B doesnt even pick up 30 miles away) & when we get there the guy hands my friend a check for $75.00, of course my friend handed that check right back to the guy & we towed his car home where someone has already bid on it for $700.I would highly suggest checking the Bluebook value of your car before selling to anyone & never sell to these asshats!

Two & a half stars. Decent enough wrecked cars, but their counter help sucks & you can tell them I said so, too.

Called and talked to whoever on several occasions. Each time I called they were rude, very short, and hung up before my questions were answered. This last call ended with someone will be there today or tomorrow, I dont know when.. CLICK. hung up. I used them as a last resort to get rid of my car with transmission troubles. STRONGLY recommend finding business elsewhere.

What do you expect its a junkyard but theyre really nice people its a family ran operation for years theyre honest people and I think people take advantage of them just pay what you agree and youll never have a problem but its junkyard how can you rate a junkyard Mike is really nice and his brother Steve is even nicer fair prices good mechanic work and I dont think your mechanic shop.

This place really sucks. Rude & crude people who work here. An example: I didnt realize it but I called them at 7:45 a.m. the phone was awnsered however (adding proof to my assumption of them being open) and I was asured they had my part. When I asked the price I was given a price that matched what I could get it for online. New!!! Then I was rudely told, we open at 8, click.... what a piece of work. I dont see how they are still in bussiness. Then again, if your the only game in town......
