She was super helpful and consistently available for any questions I had. Fast acting and a great worker, you can trust that she will help you in any scenario.

My storage unit got broken into while I was deployed. I get this happens, but management did not even let me know.They had my email and an emergency contact and couldn’t be bothered to make a reasonable effort to inform me that my unit was ransacked.What are you paying them for if not to watch over your stuff?

Since this place changed hands, Ive been having monthly interactions with the new manager Sarah who is absolutely amazing. I cant say enough good things about her. She is professional, pro-active, and she takes pride in doing her job well while caring about the folks who rent space from them. Shes helped me from 2,000 mi away, what a positive 5 star experience. Thank you, Sarah. I highly reccomend this storage facility.

Best storage place in the Twentynine Palms area. The ladies that work up front are very friendly and helpful, prices were great, and terms flexible. Had access to my stuff when I needed it. Safe and secure. Overall great experience.

Sara, the owner, is one of the coolest people you’ll meet in 29. In fact, she shouldn’t be living in that town, she deserves better. Anyways, I had nothing but great experiences being a customer of that establishment. Even for last minute, which I did 2 times, she was happy to help and quick to get you set up on the same day and to depart. She is an excellent landlord. Place is clean and well build unlike those other sketchy ones near by and Military get 24hr access which is a HUGE plus. I rate this place 6/5 Stellas.

I was looking for a secure but affordable storage facility and thats exactly what I found. The young lady named Morgan at the front desk was the sweetest person and had a answer for anything and everything I needed! She made the sign up process easy and painless. I would highly recommend them.

My friend and I decided to rent a locker here when we were being deployed. the girls were nice, friendly and the place was clean. I like that the gate is locked. My stuff is important, and my friend has a car to leave. they also take autopay which helped me .. my parents were paying and i dont need problems.

This was my first time renting storage, and I had called ahead of time to ask questions. Crysa and Morgan were waiting for me when I went into the office. Both were very friendly and helpful. They helped me with everything and answered all of my questions. I enjoyed my experience and would go to them again for storage rental or U-haul .

The girl that works there was very nice and the units are very clean. Id recommend using this storage unit to anyone on base or nearby looking to store their things.

The office was not open during business hours published on Google, and no warning was given when I called the day prior. Would not have been a big deal but the only other place open Sunday afternoon was in Yucca Valley adding over $100 to my Uhaul and several hours to my move.
