I bought and financed a great Honda Interstate back in 14 and just bought this mid-sized Rebel 500 on 9/11.The service department is good, and the parts department is even better. It is a good looking dealership with excellent likable staff. Ive bought helmets and tires, even a battery tender there with accessories on order. If they have a fault, it is they are often busy. I take that as a good sign though.

Whent there looking for 2 rear tires for my ATV. They had them. Was not over priced. So I had them mount them. As I was paying for them they took them out to my truck and with out me asking and charging me put them on my quad. Im from NV and was out hunting so twin was close by. The people here was great one of the best shops I have ever dealt with. Im from Northern NV but will be back for my bike needs

On a 13 hour trip from Washington to St. Anthony dunes and was running behind. I called ahead of time and these guys waited till past closing so we could register our bikes and were happy to do it! Saved a ton of time on our trip! Thanks to everyone there!

Excellent service here. We brought in 2 broken bikes, they quickly diagnosed as bad gas, and got us going again. Highly recommended.

Helpful advice and quality service. However when compared to national average pricing from Google I was not satisfied. For getting two tires replaced on the bike motorcyclebrave.com puts average price between $40-$80 per tire. They originally quoted me at $260. After a complaint it was lowered to $213.13 which is still much higher than the expected $160 (on the high end of the national average) especially considering I bought all the tires from them which came out to $400 on its own. The tires look awesome. I just question the pricing of the service all things considered.

My husband and I are traveling through Idaho on our Honda Goldwing to Denver CO for our nieces graduation. 1/2 way there while on the freeway our back tire malfunctioned and blew a one ft piece of rubber off. We called around and Adventure Motorsports was able to get us in for 2 new tires. So appreciated the quick and friendly service. A+++ Customer service!

I live in California and was looking for front and rear sprockets for my 1975 Honda XL350. I was referred to Adventure Motorsports from a local shop here in CA. I spoke with Shawn in the parts department and he searched the entire store and was able to find me exactly what i needed and shipped them to my door. Very impressed with the customer service of this shop, just wish i lived closer haha.

My friends from Arizona met me in Twin Falls for an epic ride to West Glacier. One of them had a tire issue. He rides a new BMW K1600 GTL. No area BMW dealer and to far to go to Bose with a bad tire. The Harley dealer in Twin Falls wouldnt/couldnt help. Called Adventure and they went out of their way to help us, a few out of town travelers, continue on our trip. Within an hour or two we were on our way! Kudos Adventure! You stock tires for bikes you dont sell, for occasions like this. Bought a used dirt bike here, they were prompt, honest, and easy to work with. No complaints whatsoever. I definately recommend doing business with them.

They are awesome I really enjoy doing business with them they are even helping me sell one of my sport bikes and only charging me $500 to do it. So an update I ended up getting an suzuki gsxr 1000 and now they are helping my sell my 2020 yamaha yzf r6 which is awesome they are absolutely the bomb!

Took my V Star 1100 for some serious garage rot carb problems. Done the next day, and it ran better than new. Kudos to the wizards in the shop. Great prices and great staff!

So long story short I got a flat tire at the falls while on my trip around the US. The next day I walked in and told Rick the problem. Well about 10 minutes later Corben and Travis had a truck and trailer ready to go. We went and got my bike and had new tires put on in about an hour and a half. I couldn’t appreciate these gentlemen more for how they looked out for me and was able to work on my bike so I could hit the road.

My son’s motorcycle chain broke over the weekend right before we left camping...we called around and everyone was too busy to fix it. I was on a long ride from Canada to California and needed a new tire after mine started blistering on the highways. The guys at Adventure took me in first thing in the morning, and got my Kawasaki Ninja fixed up even though its not one of their brands. Excellent service and extremely accommodating to out of town travelers. Gave us directions to where we were going and had us out and back on our way after only an hour delay. Highly recommend!

Worked with Wes while out of state to facilitate receiving a bike and allowing a transaction and coordination with transport out of Twin Falls. He was very nice and helpful. I appreciate the trust and dealings with an owner such as himself. Much appreciated.

I own a 2014 Kx 450, had major problems w/ the back break. I had my bike serviced twice in the last 6 months by another service shop and was told my break is fine, despite that fact that is was **zero percent fine***, squealing every time I stepped on the foot brake, and didnt engage at all. My friend Jon Higley was able to help get my bike into Adventure Motorsports service shop ASAP before a big dirt bike trip I had planned in the next 48 hrs. The tech figured out what was wrong with my brake (pads borderline destroyed) in 5 mins. They ordered new parts, and had me ready to roll by 5 pm same day. They saved my trip hands down.Very impressed w/ the service shop/techs, highly recommended. I will be back thank you-

I was on the road between Washington and Arizona and needed a back tire for my motorcycle. I stopped at several motorcycle shops but these guys were the only ones that would help. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about bike tires. They let me have a loaner bike to do some running around while they were working on the bike. The job was done well and in a timely manner. They were a little spendy when comparing back tires at my local shop in AZ. but their knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to get me on my way, asap, made this a great experience.

While passing through I called and asked if they could replace my motorcycle tires tomorrow and how long would it take. Sure, we can do that and if you are here when we open at 9, it shouldnt take more than an hour or so. I booked a room for the night and was there at opening next morning only to be told that the tires were ordered and should be there between noon and two. They were there by noon and installed at a price of $808.00! I had no idea that Honda dealers in Twin Falls, Idaho were borderline thieves.

Took my 74 Yamaha into their shop because I couldnt get it to run and they turned me down. Told me they didnt work on anything that old in the spring. I know spring is busy and I dont mind waiting until they can get around to it, but to turn down a paying customer really does not impress me.To their benefit one of the shop guys gave me a number of someone who might be able to help me.

I had been in the hospital on and off for the last 2 and 1/2 years and was not able to ride my bike and I just got it to take it home and it needed a tire and I was stranded in town so they made me a good deal on a tire and got me out very fast so I could go home and rest

There is one salesman who I talked to this last weekend. He very helpful and felt excited about being their. He answered questions and was very helpful. In the past Ive felt pushed. So Im hopping for future experiences.

Weve dealt with these guys 3 times.each time it took a half hour to talk to some one.made a appointment last wk for a simple oil change went in to drop off bikr and was told up to to 3 days before they could get it done.bad business. As im watching them play w the toys instead of doing oil changes etc. We left.bad business

After going in and visiting with them for work I need done to my bike I decided to have them complete what I needed done. I had them do an oil change, clean my carbs, check spacing on lifters, and replace the spark plug. After work was done I got it home I started checking things over..........when I checked the oil it was empty, the spark plug was the one I installed a year ago, over flow hoses and and such were not connected. The service manager tried to say my bike is junk just because its old and is not worth the repair. They also could not get my bike to start, with-in 5 min of having it home I had it started and running. I also received several phone calls from there service manager telling me I need to fix other things on my bike. I had to repeat myself several time and told him I would take care of the rest he just need to fix what he was hired to fix nothing more.
