Id been looking for just the right vehicle for our family. After exhausting my search locally I expanded my search radius. Thats when I found just what we wanted at Ruby Mountain Motors. I live 3 hrs away and they were great to work with. I told them when Id be coming and they held the vehicle for me until I had a chance to see it. I spent a whole day with the dealer. They let me take the vehicle to a mechanic of my choosing and test drive as much as I needed to. The mechanic saw some oil on the engine that was concerning and the dealership was great to work with to resolve the issue. We signed paperwork with written agreement on getting the issue resolved before finalizing the deal. They then let me take the vehicle home to my mechanic who determined the oil was just residue from oil changes not being cleaned up properly. Fortunately no big deal. Through it all the staff was friendly and professional. Jon the salesman, Alen the owner and Yuyuki the finance manager were all great to work with. Would definitely buy from them again!

Terrible communication skills! The salesman I was working with Alex, would always communicate with my boyfriend even tho I was the one buying. He told my boyfriend I was approved for a truck, later I called the bank and they said I was never approved it actually got denied. So I called ruby mountain and spoke to John, he said he’d send me pictures of a cheaper GMC, never got the picture and haven’t heard from either one since! I called and asked to talk to a manager and the guy said can he call you back he just stepped out. I never got a call back! My boyfriend was planning on buying a F-150 Ecoboost through them but because of all of this he took his business to Lithia and got a better deal. Either they have really bad communication skills or they’re just straight up liars, but Ik I’ll never go back to them again.
