I looked several places for a windshield for my car. Fast glass not only was the cheapest but they got me in the fastest. My windshield has never looked so good.The customer service here is top notch. The staff is friendly, they are extremely knowledgeable. They explain the process of after care of the windshield to you so your windshield wont break and will last.While I was there they also had customers come in for custom glass as well. They do it all. For reasonable prices. I will most definitely bring my other vehicles here in the future.

I stopped in with a rock chip. The guy come out and looked at it. Turns out it wasnt a chip and he couldnt repair it. He assured me it wouldnt get worse. He saved me some money and was very friendly. I have also ordered a windshield through this place,it was very reasonably priced and it came sooner than I thought. Great service. Friendly staff. Great prices.

I previously had an appointment with Safelite. Unfortunately I found out the wait time was 2-3 hours...so I switched to Fast Glass! They got me in the next morning and I was out within an hour. Everyone was very friendly and I would most definitely recommend!!

Even though they were completely scheduled, they were kind enough to squeeze me in at the end of the day for same day chip repair. Repair looked solid.

Did not take long for my new windshield to be installed. I was told the first chip repair is free so thats cool. They also gave me a veteran discount that I did not ask for which was nice of them.

I gave them 1 star initially and have since change it to 3 stars after my experience the owner did everything he could to accommodate me by calling a taxi for a ride home to get a different vehicle and assured me it would be done tomorrow. Had a bad experience the first time on a mobile service, I decided I would give them a second chance when I needed my windshield replaced again so I drove the hour and fifteen minutes to them for my appointment and left my car for the replacement. I waited a couple hours and decided to go see if it was done when I went inside to ask the employee heinformed me that the new windshield came in broke and the cant do anything for me and I wont have my car until tomorrow, no phone call wouldnt you know if a windshield came in broke and not remove the original broken windshield, or at least call and inform the customer not just go to lunch.

Good place to go

Needed clips to hold windshield weatherstripping in place along with new strip rubber ends. Someone suggested Fast Glass and they had everything I needed...super helpful!

I called they double checked to make sure my window was in stock so I did not waste gas and time asked how long would take me to get there and was able to squeeze me in between their other appointments. Super friendly and fast and honestly their quote was 50 dollars cheaper than the other local companies. I was so happy and satisfied I went and bought them all lunch. I appreciated the knowledge and quickness and super friendly attitudes from each person there. I will continue to use this company and location for all 5 of my cars. Thank you for not making me feel like I was just a rush job for a quick buck.

We had them install a glass shower door a few years ago. I went in on Monday to ask about a squeak that had developed in one of the hinges the manager told me they would be out Thursday or Friday I never heard from them so I went in Friday and again the manager assured me today they would be out never saw or heard from them. Will never use them or recommend them. Very unprofessional

Fast glass had good competitive pricing! Excellent service from the the service writer to the techs that completed the work. This is the second job that they have done for me. The first one they came to my workplace and did it on site. This job was in thier shop. I would recommend both services.

Was not too pleased with the windshield replacement there were gaps in the top corners where the rain could get in. Had to fill with silicone I dont know why they left it this way because it was obvious

They installed a new glass shower door enclosure and is really nice looking. Ask for the rain glass really makes a nice statement.I would definitely recommend them and ytthe price was the best part...!

Weve had two rock chip repairs done in the last couple months. They got us in with no appointment, each repair was done in less than 20 minutes. I am happy with the service, price and quality of the repairs.

Great regional business. The online appointment reservation system provided by the parent company needs some work and doesnt offer appointments as soon as whats possible if you call the shop directly. The glass supplier sent the shop the wrong window for my truck, so the shop manager made sure a replacement window would be received in time for them to replace my window first thing the next morning instead.

The new window and rubber grommet was not installed correctly . We both lost time but they fixed it, I hope, the grommet was installed wronge and now it looks ok.So giving more stars

Poor customer service. Amber was not willing to help me set up a glass claim through insurance and said that was my job. Called Safelite who quickly took care of the claim. My insurance agent advised it would be that easy and preferred Safelite over Fastglass. A company should be willing to help customers not just take their money.

Asked for a quote online, not only did they quote me cheaper than anyone else, they it ordered and installed in two days.

They came and installed a bathroom window but didnt do a great job cold air still get through the window, and water started leaking through the top of the window where they deal it, was impressed at first, but not no more after faults with the window
